August 6, 200619 yr Ok, so summer vacation 2006 is winding down.. For me It's only a few weeks till I'm back in school, and I've been thinking about all the good times I've had this summer.. So... What was your best day of summer vacation 2006? Mine was August 5th.. I went to Adventure Land (you probably know what that is if you live in Iowa.. If not it's a theme park) with my family and two of my neighbors. Usually I'm not a big fan of rollercoasters, but I had spent the whole car ride there flirting with one of my neighbors (who I like) so I ended up going on tons of rollercoasters (and others rides I usualyl wouldn't have gone on) but all in all it was definitly the best day of my summer. August 6, 200619 yr Probably this one day I spent with my friend in Manhattan (New York City) We went to the free Summerstage concert in Central Park... everyone completely let loose and was dancing like wild, so relaxed, it was all about the movement :D And it was incredibly hot out, and we were all hot and sweaty, and then it just started RAINING :D, but it felt so good... And we were just dancing, with no worries, in the rain in Central Park. It was beautiful. Then we went to the Met Museum of Art... and out to a concert in the East Village where I got hit on by a ton of drunk guys... and at the end of the day I crashed at my friend's place and we just hugged :D Everybody hug and spread the love :D

August 6, 200619 yr Probably in June, when most of my friends came over to my other friends house. He has a 54' plasma :mrgreen: and we played Halo 2 all day. When I was there I went on the Tornado 2 times, the Dragon 3 times, the Outlaw once, the Sidewinder 2 times, and after the girl I like bugged me enough I went on the Spaceshot... August 7, 200619 yr I have a bad memory for this sort of thing, so I'm not sure whether I'm missing out anything particularly important... but I have two events to mention. One, a week or so ago, a load of us went to Coniston and sailed about a bit, swam, had a (sort of) barbeque, and went back in the dark half expecting the car to be locked into a carpark we'd not realised might close. That was great fun... but I've described this before. The other, yesterday, I went to a concert in a big garden where a few (quite good) bands played, and we sat about a bit with lots of friends who I'd not seen since college broke up. Then I went back to someone's house with them in order to use their woodturning lathe -- we're making some juggling clubs. deviantart account
