(I might show a few after a while) After getting my mask down to 6 charges I hit myself... I had the same idea kwimbob has but it came to me a little to late... Lighs Posted September 11, 2006 Share Posted September 11, 2006 Where do you get the ratio 1:150? It sounds reasonable, but how do you know that it isn't 1:200, 1:100, etc.? It's not in the knowledge base and I don't think that Jagex gives that information out. The Bearhead (reward from Mountain Daughter quest) gives +7 magic defense. Much more useful than a Mystic Hat unless you're maging from a safespot, and debatedly better than a Berserker helm if you need the defense boost. I've purchased Black Masks fully charged at both 500k and 700k. It's very rare that a buyer will care about the number of charges whatsoever. Got a black mask in the first 10 kills, 4 snapdragon seeds, a couple of Ranaar weeds, and about 12k in alchs. Plus one lvl 3 clue scroll. Total haul was about 600k in cash (sold the mask for 500k in seconds, the 4 snapdragons in minutes), rune platelegs and black dhide chaps, sara page 3 and guthix page 2. The black masks are rare drops, so if you are unlucky, you are unlucky. I've had 3 or 4 drop on me total so far. Kept one, sold the others. I only did the quests for cave horrors to get my own mask, now I like the assignment as it is easy (if you range) and makes some good cash if you are lucky.
