I kinda feel guilty using KB rather than tip.it

Featured Replies

yeah, i use both also. tip.it has a buncha information, but i agree that the KB has an obvious edge... given that it is designed by the people who make the game <.<

still, tip.it rules \'

Noted raw mackerel drop... Wtfh?

Always buying: Watermelon seeds, 2K each. Strawberry seeds, 800 each. Contact Via PM on forums.

well when construction came out there was alot of info on it in the KB i mean pages and pages, you look at tip.it and it took them a good while to get one out. Runescape made the game its quiet obvious they would be better but they dont give everything that Tip.it gives, its all a matter of what your looking for

kb for info, tipit for insite and forums and calcs, sals for guides, zybez for calcs and guides. i do not use runehq.

we all human...... thats all that matters
I haven't been human for many sunrises

All Quests completed

99 Thieving achieved on January 10th, 2008

99 Defense achieved on August 3rd, 2008

85 Slayer achieved on July 31st, 2008

6 Dragon boot drops, 14 Whip drops

I stopped using either of them  , it's not like I have a wind range of activities in Runescape anymore.

Eh, if I ever feel the inclination to do a Lvl 3 Clue (which is rare, though I used to do them a lot, so I own those puzzle boxes) or need to look a monster up, I'll use Tip.it. Oh, and for the very rare occasions that I do quests, I hate quests, but I sometimes am forced to do some  (Royal Trouble, Recipe for Disaster, Desert Treasure, the necessities/very helpful quests).

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

tip it is better because they give you tips and the KB just tells you stuff thats easy to figure out like how much exp you get for doing things
The KB gives tips and eveyrthing to. I use both equally but the KB has an obvious edge, they can research anything and they can have guides out at the same time the release the update!

Same here.

tip.its not always accurate and up to date as some people have already said, and yeah i understand it takes them time to figure out stuff.

for example, when pest control released the void knight armor, the old way tip.it got the info was for some1 to actually get the armor and have some1 post it on the site, and then some 1 would confirm or deny it.

they do their job, and from what i can tell, they tell you are good things, suggestions on how to lvl this or that, what alot of people do and how they do it for example, the runecrafting nats with the general store.

but the knowledge base has nothing serious to it. just stats.

I use Tip.It as my first reference, then RHQ, then the Knowledge base.

Thanks Venomai for this super sig and Kwimbob for the awesome avatar!

I use Tip.it for most things, then Zybez for a 'second opinion' and for its price guide.

I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.

KB may give the information on where you can do something, but Tip.It always has nice guides on what to bring and how to do so. Although I do admit that I tend to use a RuneHq Questguide before a Tip.it one  Just more detailed.

*pulls out shotgun*...You mean you USED too ..right?*[roosters] shotgun*

the kb gives info that is really hard to find for yourself, and hints updates too (read the elven crystal guide, where it says that no one can make a crystal halberd YET)

Back by popular demand!

And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all.

Tip.it is for NOOBS!!!! :-w

I check out everything from the newest update on the kb and don't return until there is a new update. Tip.it FTW!

I use Tip.it calcs, they pwn... IMO Tip.its quest guides need pics, thats why i use RuneHQ 1s.

The KB is good for stuff like con guides, and the guides like holiday items one.

I say its time for some stat resets... who's with me!

Stat reset? :uhh: Noooooooo! *Grabs levels and hugs them* MIIINE! MIIINE! :ohnoes:

mmmm...... lol :p

Woow, Jagex made a typo, let's hate them now.

I use tip.it for everything, besides quest guides. Use Sal's realm of runescape for that. Just think they're better :anxious:
