What was the first update to RS that you remember?

 

 

 

I started playing RS within days of RS2 being released, and as I was playing I kept hearing of "how RS2 was soo much better". I kept asking people what RS2 was even though I was playing it, I just didn't understand.

I forgot and I'm too lazy to look back. -.-

 

 

 

If anyone knows what happened back in the beginning of June 2005, then that's probably the update that I was (supposed) to talk about.

Um, I think my very first update was when they added the drop timing.

 

 

 

Like, whoever kills the monster/does the most damage can only see the item for 1 minute until becoming publically visual. I think the update after that was Wilderness.

I forgot and I'm to lazy to look back. -.-

I started Runescape in January...So the first update was the Easter holiday thing, or if graphic updates count, the Fally update. If the holiday thing doesn't count, then Trouble Brewing, or SoS.

Ok. It says toward the beginning of June that the Rune Shop update allowed runes to respawn quicker, and tweaks to the Runecrafting skill. Though, those aren't too significant, so no one remembers them.

my fisrt update was the pumpkin hiliday drop

The first one I can remember would be Cook-X.

mage armour updated to make it look more magey and powerful.

 

a tresaure trial update.

 

The Flamtaer Hammer was introduced

 

music looping came out

 

and the potion emptying option was know available.

 

 

 

none of that could have helped me anyway because i was a noob and was f2p (still am).

I dont remember to be honest. must have been some update in runescape classic (huge gap somewhere between rsc and rs2 when i started playing again.)

First one I remember is Treasure Trails coming out.

The Duke of Lumbridge has appointed a new advisor, Sigmund, but is already ignoring his advice. Something strange has happened in the castle and Sigmund fears a monster attack.

 

But helping him is only the first step in a journey that will lead you to new emotes, a new mining area, new fishing spots with new things to catch and finally to the secret of The Lost Tribe.

RS2 - Duelling and Extras: 25-Mar-2004.

 

 

 

That was the first update that happened when I first started.

 

 

 

The first one that affected me was the launch of RS2.

7th of June 2004...so Rs2 was still bein discussed wow looking back i was around before so much stuff i was used to...cw a lot of quests and such. Me and Elemental Workshop are about the same age.
