I'm pretty sure it wouldn't go out of date, because as far as I know, it's for the f2p version only. So, lol, now they're making f2p pay as well! Oh well.... probably a waste of money.

I wonder if it is official anyway? It's probably knowledge base on paper an they make you pay for it. KB is free!

 

 

 

The age range that Jagex once quoted on their website was 7 to 60 something.

That's just sad... Really sad.
