Kinda sad to see people cheating on a funwar... so far the only sites I haven't

 

found people using runescims on are runecrypt and Sal's. Luckily no site in

 

particular went overboard and it seems to be mostly isolated users doing this

 

rather than a huge hoard of runescims charging in. It was a fun war though

 

with or without the bad behaviour..

 

 

 

As i saw most that were rude etc to other sites in fact did'nt belong to those sites , there were a few there that were switching capes .. so hard to tell.

 

 

 

As far as i'm aware at present runevillage didn't cheat either , though i thin one did post on their boards that they did cheat, at least he was honest about it as with one of our own here did as well.

 

 

 

In the end , there was cheats, that i doubt will ever stop but as i seen everyone enjoyed it and that was the point of it. Unfortuantly i never actually get to the war due to tippers here thought it be fun to kill me a few times before we even got there lol. If i should attend another event like this, I will be more prepared for them *evil Grin* :)

After viewing every reply on every site it appears that the general population says that RSC has won this war. Some good arguements were made in the favor of tip.it, however in the end the last people standing were from runescape community. So RSC has won Multi Site Steel War #1, congradulations to them. I have added a crown over their name in the topic.

 

 

 

 

 

I will be posting a bunch of videos of the drop party (one didnt work cause it broke 4 GB, so thats a downer). The party wasnt the super sucess that I thought it would be, but thats in large part to the fact that i accidentally withdrew 100 rune legs as notes...and didnt notice when i dropped them. So i hope that person who picked that up enjoys them :). For the rest of you i hope you at least got an addy item, their were so many of those that my hand hurt after dropping lol, and their still should of been still a bunch of rune items to go around.

 

 

 

 

 

For the next MSSW (coming some time next year probably) i will make the following changes

 

1) All Melle weapons are allowed (from bronze skim to rune 2h)

 

2) Earlyier Party Time, probably about 3pm EST...or something around their

 

3) Offically allow people to wear iron if they are pure

 

4) Hosted on Saturday

 

5) Get the aid of a clan (like MASORS) to assist with drop (just the thought of a MSSW followed by a MASORS drop makes my want to build a time machine)

 

6) Push harder for people to wear phats during the war lol

there was alot of stuff if u were there u probally couldnt see all the drops due to so many ppl blocking the view all the low lvls got the rune lol

The middle area (right outside the staircase) was really crowded, i usually dropped the best items off to the side, or behind the castle. I hope most of the rune went to low levels, they could use it more :P

I saw a lvl 21 loots with like 5 sets of full rune.... And when he showed me it he asked me what was "rsc".......... cheaters

some of you might have seen some rsc ppl with rune scimmys.

 

They might have not been in the steel war, there are some str pures who wear steel, and they had a red cape on, because that is the most popular color of cape. This would most eaisly be true for the ppl with full rune.

There were like 20 lvl 3 looters looting like power ammys and str ammys lol

we need a rematch, with better leadership. i listened to matt up till we got to the battle. he was a good leader, just it all fell apart when we got lost :(

a good and well executed plan can make the world of a difference Guitarted7, take RV for example. They had the manpower, they just didnt have the organization.

 

 

 

 

 

A re-match will happen soon enough, probably some time next year. When that happens you might want to make a topic or something like that to discuss stratigies (inside a secluded part of tip.it) \

Eh, RSC just had a lot more high lvled people. It was actually really funny, they'd say "RSC on dark" "RSC on dark" and there would be 1 guy attacking me and everyone other RSC member saying "RSC on someone else", made me crack up even though i died. HEre's a pic, we had a lot of people, but they showed that quality beats quantity.

At was kind of sad, cheaters at a fun war, as Znath said most of them were isolated users. I remember before the war some guy came to swear at me because he called runevillage nubs but I shut him up by saying the creator of the war was from RuneVillage and yeah he just swore at me and left, some lvl 82 guy. As far as the cheating goes, I'm disappointed in some people from Rv and any other fan site, and to the guy who is talking about e-rep because he used dhide and addy arrows, this isn't about your e-rep, heck I could care less about mine but its about dignity, like seriously, what are you getting out of this? Killing the fun off some people. The RSC'ers went over board with the full rune and hitting 16's on one of rv'ers when he had protect from melee, that's like hitting a 26 from a steel scim... :roll: I wouldn't declare any site that cheated to be winners, if anything rsc should be last. Props to Sel's and Crypt if they didn't cheat.
