Which hurts my brain because I killed enough to become a master back when Wanted! came out. And all the black knight killing was useless. And I was low leveled back then, about seventy combat ish.

Prayer is also classified as a Combat class, but why is it also another aspect of the game focused mainly on only Melee? :?

I wonder how powerfull partisan will be... and the requierments for that quest better be high.

 

 

 

Well we all know that the newest one is like Adamantite so following along with that we could guess Alcolyte would be Rune and then supposedly Partisan would be like Dragon.

 

 

 

But that doesn't make sense because Jagex has constantly said "Dragon is the most powerful armor that does not require upkeep" so I'll bet Partisan will just be a level 50 defence. I'd want it to be a level 70 defence armor that's similar to Barrows. It could have a connection where a Temple Knight actually killed the Barrow Brothers and was working with the Evil Wizard who imprisoned their souls and whatnot.

 

 

 

The armor could then be very strong but require an upkeep just like Barrows armor. Would be interesting to say the least (Bonus to fighting undead perhaps?).

 

Considering that Dragon has to stay the best, Jagex won't change that, they may release Dragon full helm, kite or plate along with Partisan so that Dragon is still the best, I would expect full helm as Kite or plate would make half shield/chain drops worthless.

They increased prayer drain rates not too long ago so your not really getting anything new..

Also, I did a study (a small one) comparing drain rates to a record of drain rates that I had a long time ago, and they were EXACTLY the same.

 

 

 

That was a rumor that was spread on the runescape forums. It is completely false. Prayer is the same as it has always been.

 

Jagex posted the prayer rate increase on the main page, and your insane if you cant tell the difference, my prayer drains a LOT faster now.

I was doing barrows before AND after the Prrayer drain rumour was out, and all i noticed was this : NOTHING. My prayer drain rate remained identical with the same prayer bonus (I.E. the same 20 prayer drain after killing dharok). NOTHING has changed. There was no update saying the Prayer drain rate was increased, and a Jagex Mod CONFIRMED that the prayer drain rate was not altered. It was the same speed since i became members.

Also if you read the Crumbling tomb, the Barrow Brothers were on SARADOMIN's side, why on earth would a Saradomist kill a member of their own? It sound more like a Zamorakian.

To quote Juna as best I can "Watch out for these Temple Knights for they are not as they seem". The Temple Knights are up to something and we don't know. They very well could be the followers of Saradomin but they could be radicals in the cause, extremeists fighting for good to become everything in the land and not just to keep the balance as Guthix might want.

Not EVERYTHING has to be motivated by the religious beliefs...

 

In my opinion, the White Knights / Temple Knights are going for power. In burthorpe they are mistrusted, and in the Taverly dungeon and in the castle norht of ice mountain they are hated.

 

 

 

TBH, If this organisation is indeed making a grab for power over Asgarnia, I'd gladly be a part of it :)

 

 

 

 

 

PERHAPS they might even organise an army going after the Vampyres :) combining the Myreque and Knight story lines.

Maybe they make Blood Altar and Partisan the same time and killing Lord Drakan and Black Knights! :twisted:
