Is there any safespots at black dragons?

Featured Replies

I know theres a few safe spots at blue dragons in the talvery dungeon. Is there any for the black dragons?

If so could anyone provide a picture, or general description of the location

You can stand to the east of the ladder and use a hally/range. Its the only spot I know, and or course, its pretty dangerous.

Using iron knives, you will lose most of them unles you fancy running to pick them up.

It also takes ages just to kill one, unless you have high range and use good quality stuff (rune arrows/knives etc/cbow/karils).

Hallying also ultra slow unless you have very high melee stats.

As usual, its recommended to have an antifire shield just in case you step out.

And melee pray if you have to get anything (drops/arrows)

There are also Blk Dragons in Evil Chicken lair with tons of safespots.

Hahaha how ironic this would come up today!

I died there earlier :XD: but don't worry. My character stupidly ran out of my safespot when I was looking at forums and he killed himself ::' . Otherwise, it's pretty nice there cause it's usually empty and plenty of safe safespots.

Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

I would guess no because I have much higher stats and can barely hit them.

Supermonk, proving you wrong since 1992.

Supermonk rocks, I want to have his children.

Music is like candy. You always get rid of the rapper.

Taverly black dragons can be safespotted easily in the entrance to the monks there. Mainly just stand like 2 spaces back (minimum) from the dirt and kill away. Bring a anti shield but they go unagressive quick. Hallying i would reccomend ... 80+ attack and str just to attempt. Ranging is just hard, cbow + 85+ range maybe?

By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .

In the Taverley dungeon there's loads of them, you can look around and see them because they're the most common in the dungeon. For Black dragons, I don't know.

Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !

i agree with safespots in chicken lair.. Only be careful which of the 4(?) dragons to range/mage.. With only the 2 closest you will stay in your safespot. If attacking the other ones you can run away from your safespot. So pay attention and dont check the Tip.it forum same time!

Use atk and str pots if you're going to hally them, get them from warrios guild cheap.

in taverly there's a spot as you are walkin toward the fire obelisk.. ranged there many times I prefer the evil chicken lair cause its closer to a bank
