October 14, 200619 yr On a low level the quest cape would be awesome... on a high level slayer is the most impressive. Most high levels no lifed ad bandits to get their levels...many wont have the slayer cape. Agreed, we'll be some of the few people wearing the Slayer Cape :) . Oct 28, 2008: 82nd to reach 2376 total
