There is a huge demand for herbs, and not a huge supply... whereas there is a huge supply of potions and little demand. Few people would go herb hunting through killing herb droppers, also there are few farmers that also grow herbs for selling, all this leads to low supply. Also, a lot of people want to outright buy herblore, so competition is pretty much inevitable. I have to say sara brew is a quick and popular method to lvl herblore, with low lvl herb and a 2nd which can be obtained in different ways. The potions you are making now (sara brew and mage pot) are not widely demanded due to low number of uses. Players who buy brews are mainly dkers or players that want to attempt fight caves, that is very few group of people that buys brews. Likewise, mage pot is also a rarely used potion, used for potted tb or potting to be able to cast a spell, magic essence potion can sometimes replace mage pot itself. Little demand...
