For people who have multiple skill capes show they have time and dedication. I'd rather have a couple skill capes than a fire cape. But thats just me :) 99 skills are just time... fire cape can show more dedication because of dealing with wasting 2 hours for it to be over in 20 seconds and not giving up after afew times... any 99 skill but fletching and cooking takes alot of time though. according to what u are saying a fire cape is just time o.O and you basically said that skills are more time, therefor you show how 99 skills are harder to get than a fire cape anybody with 70 range and 43 pray with the right knowledge can land a fire cape after a few tries, and the materials to get a fire cape cost much less than the materials to get a 99 skill, which is over 13m xp... even the 'easy' 99 skills such as cook and fletch aren't that easy lol, and it takes dedication, because 50% of the xp is 92-99, so why do all that work to get 92 then have to do it ALL AGAIN? why not just stop? But it takes a very long time to get a 99 skill even with perfect guides. I know smithing is a hard skill, I have yet to see someone in-game with the smithing cape. It takes determination, but some of the skill capes you can basically buy it. Both capes/set of capes are nice.
