Monkfish for just about everything. Training, slayer, quests... ect. I don't PK though so I don't need sharks. And if I run out of monkfish I spend a day training fish at the piscatorious fishing colony and then get some cooking xp at rogues den. Then I have about 5k more :o (which i go through pretty slowly).

quests: tuna and sweetcorn potatoes

slayer: depends, hard tasks/camping: tuna+sweetcorn potatoes, else lobsters.

In the wilderness (green dragons: I am the food (just got pK'ed AGAIN  lost glory due to smite... )

Getting healed up: monks, surgeons, cod.

Yes, cod! I scavenge the shores of Catherby looking for seaweed, cod and mackarel to feed both me and my cat, while fishing.

*congratulations, you just advanced a scavenging level. You can now scavenge the barrows for leftover Dharock-food*
