November 7, 200619 yr well he and all the npc did one of 2 things that are simple 1) they found a p hat laying around somewhere, they were greatful to find a great mystic phat. no one could agree on who got 2 keep this wounderful item. so all of the npc's chipped in a few gp and took it to the wise old man and they asked him to clone their phat, he did and made one for himself. now all the npcs with phats wanted to become more hiclass and bought some dye from the nerby witch and dyed their phats and everbody lived happily everafter. or 2) when playes get banned the npc rob their bank accounts and steal all their valuables rsc vet been playing since dec 2001

After hearing about his great wealth I have been to see Party Pete. Apparently he is very old and was around when they were first dropped. He was taking up the job of the wise old man at the time. He collected many of these party hats when they were dropped and decided that he would stop his job as the wise old man and instead set up his new business under the name of 'Party Pete'. After many years he is still thriving in his new business and the new wise old man is doing better than ever. I hope this brief history of Party Pete is acceptable but be aware that he was under the influence of alcohol when he told me all of this so it may not be all that accurate.
