November 5, 200619 yr I said not for the humorless meaning please don't post "z0mg hez a npc blah blah...." #-o Now i was cutting trees for construction near seers bank, and due to the low attention span i have i was looking around the world with half open eyes, and i just stared at Party Pete thinking "wow he has a phat..." lol and it dawned on me how did he get one? i have a few theories you may want to agree with, disagree with or completely ignore and make up your own :roll: 1. Party Pete has light fingers (meaning he's a good thief) and when the occaisional drop party comes in he quickly sneaks a few items out of the chest... 2. All Party Pete's wondering around the room may seem like just well "wondering" but it's not, what he is doing is popping the balloons himself and picking up his prizes. Now as an npc who appears in all the worlds at the same time, he must go to a few drop parties = quite a bit of money 3. (boring...) he was simply given a phat by Jagex Now most of you will have seen the clip of the Old Man in Draynor who robbed the Draynor Bank of their delightful phat, but just where did Party Pete get his?... lol feel free to post sensible, silly and just plain excentric comments of where it came from :lol: Thanks :thumbsup:

November 5, 200619 yr well i know the true story, it started way back when party hall was first built by the architects of runescape. The king came down to see the finished building for his princesses party, party Pete with disgust showed rage that the princess did not want to marry him. It was at that moment when Party Pete weilded his dagger and stabbed the king in the back and stole his crown, the crown was then drenched in blood and turned red. He then framed the princesses loved one. He then was appointed to be incharge of the party hall by the princess for bring up the "murderer" the princess now mourns on the top of the party hall while pete sits below with his Red crown which he has renamed... the red party hat. CURRENT GOAL ON PURE "ICE SPELLS"

I WILL NOT ALLOW IT! every npc in the world (and the others worlds like 41 and 46) that have p hats (ex:the c wars guy ,wom,party pete)are all related to each other and the wise old man in draynor. when the wise old man killed the guy 4 the blue p hat that guy had a party hat set that droped the wise old man who has 40000.7 mage lvl can use 1 tele grab and pick multiple things at once so with so many party hats and only 1 head he picked the most expensive one and gave the rest to his nephews and other relations :cry:
