He's an uber pker and lurer and got it from a cheap pk...he's an expert crafter and bought a phat mould and made a red phat from silk and red dye..or he is close friends with jagex, he was once a player and sacrificed his independence as a player for a red phat, and he got turned into a npc.

every npc in the world (and the others worlds like 41 and 46) that have p hats (ex:the c wars guy ,wom,party pete)are all related to each other and the wise old man in draynor. when the wise old man killed the guy 4 the blue p hat that guy had a party hat set that droped the wise old man who has 40000.7 mage lvl can use 1 tele grab and pick multiple things at once so with so many party hats and only 1 head he picked the most expensive one and gave the rest to his nephews and other relations

It was a dark and stormy day! I had just arrived in Seers Village from a particulary rough Daggonoth run. I pulled my hood over my helmet to keep of the rain. I was feeling pretty glum and I'm pretty sure that a Daggonoth broke my arm and muttered a derogatory comment as I ran away.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But wait! Something to pick up my spirits! HOOOOOO-RAY! A drop party!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So I grabbed some good items to drop, along with my red and blue party hats (for my looks : ).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I was walking to the party room I could hear the knights chanting, "Do you like the way we dance? Do you like the plumes on our hats?..."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Uh-oh! I forgot some cash to drop...So I head back to the bank using a shortcut. I double back through the woods near the spinning wheel. But then...all hell broke loose.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I picked my was through the shrubbery, someone stepped out of the fog. He seemed to have a pony tail, and he was pretty tall. He demanded I turn out my pockets. As I stood there, one thought entered my head,"Attack...".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I prepared to sheath my ddp and let loose the fury all over his face...I heard another voice...low, deep, menacing. "I wouldn't try that if I were you my friend." Another man had stepped out of the shadows! He was much taller than the first, and seemed to bend forward with age.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had no choice...as I emptied my pockets, the second one exclaimed, "Ooh! Partyhats!" Picking them up, he turned to his partner and flung him the red one. "See you later noob!", they laughed as they ran away.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cold and tired I walked to the bank, deposited my items, and logged out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the two men walked back to the party, the taller one decided he needed to get home. "It is getting pretty late Pete. I don't feel like a party tonight.", said the first.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"No worries dude!", exclaimed Pete. "Go back home. I'll drop by to visit you tomorrow." As the old man turned to return to his village in Draynor, he bumped into what he believed to be a brick wall. Upon closer examination he found that it was a player!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Get out of my way noob!", the Wise Old Man exclaimed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"I don't think I will.", said the other player, with a golden crown near his name. "And you!", he commanded waving to Party Pete, who had been sneaking off, "Come over here! I need to have a talk with you two..."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Looking at each other exasperatedly, both friends simultaneously sighed, "Oh ****...."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And that's how Party Pete and The Wise Old Man of Draynor got thier partyhats! :thumbsup:

Well. I guess this happened. It was Christmas and Party Pete was stroling down the snowy area between Falador and Barbarian Village, then he found Santa-Claus in his Sled..drunk. Then he saw 5 big bags and realised those were the Christmas drops.

 

 

 

And in those bags, were party hats stored. He was all alone, and took the big bag. Holding Red party hats.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The bag was so heavy, and the cold slapped pete in the face. Then Pete was so tired he dropped the bag, and he took only a few PartyHats with him. One on his head, 4 around each arm and the went back home. Back in his party centre, he gave some red party hats to his maids. Sold 3 to merchanters for 200k, thats quite some cash (he didn't know how much they were) and he held 2 behind, he stored those 2 in the attic of his party centre.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The partyhats rose in value as the years passed, and Pete grew quite fond of his Partyhat, when he got up his attic to get 1 partyhat to sell.He saw to dust spots. The spots where his Phats were stored the spots had some fingerprints next to them. STOLEN recently!, then Pete got to a bar and got drunk, for a lot of weeks, but that's another story. :D

Party Pete has been training with the wise old man, one dark night when all the bankers were asleep on world 12, an army of Party Petes from all servers snuck into the bank and stole all the valuables from bank accounts. How do you think he can pay those knights plus the balloons?

Remember how the party room used to be the seers mansion? Pete was the owner of said mansion. Well he eventually got smart and started installing trapdoors in his mansion, and when the next drop party came along some items would fall down into a treasury. It was such good money that he made millions and bought phats and had the place renovated so that he could attract more parties and steal more items. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a blue one on next time I stopped by, and mabye even the barmaids too :wink:
