who can answer my question..? where do u buy addy darts tips? and do ppl buy addy darts? or it's more like a waste...

probobly prayer(300k xp h, any level),Theaving(220k xp h, 91+),Cooking(210k xp h, 94+)and Fletching(~140k xp h, 85+)

To be completely accurate, the time it took to earn the money to buy any raw materials should be included. When it takes large amounts of cash, such as in construction, the time required to earn the 130M should be counted as well. Unless you use all time needed to earn money to buy things like bones, not just the time spent at the alter, your computations are all whacked.

I think you people are thinking to hard and straying from the true question at hand. He asked what was the easiest skill to get to 99. I define this as being the skill you can reach 99 in with the least effort, least cash, and least time. I say that this would be cooking as you need very little cash, extremely little effort and a reasonably small amount of time.
