lol, jagex mutes and temp banns for near no reason... for instance u no how u can push space bar and enter to not log out. well i was fishing and doing it (not constant every min. or so for around 20 mins) and i ended up getting a temp bann for a day and muted for a week. Now how is tht keeping runescape free of spam and uncalled conversations?

OK, here's a little advice. Make your appeal sincere.... just suck up.... do not show any aggression.... NONE!!!.... You have little to no chance of being unmuted, but any chance is better than none... I was perm muted at one time but I sucked up like crazy... admitting that I had learned my lesson and pretty much my whole life story lol.... They let me off unmute but i have 9.5/10 blackmarks on my account. 2 of the "Offense types" is a LEGACY PUNISHMENT which means "This entry relates to an offence which was committed before the launch of our new offence history system on 6th June 2006.

THE APPEAL WORKED!!!!!!!!!! Everyone offence I appealed said "apology made" But 2 said "successful" So I only have 7.4 black marks!!! Oh wait... Shoot... FFS... I might get perm muted again.... I told this guy who was cussing people out to go to hell.... and he reported me...

Wait a second, I just realized, the only appeals that worked were the ones where I said customer support made a mistake. Even when it said I broke rule 11 by advertising Tip.it (I didn't, I just told a friend to check out my blog on it.) Is still on there as a black mark.
