November 28, 200619 yr U2 and Greenday have made a song, its called The Saints are Coming. (For those who havent seen the video yet, here it is.) Personally, I never thought of the combination 'U2 + Greenday', they are quite different bands. And after seeing the topic 'U2 vs Greenday' (that topic was posted long ago) I thought they were the complete opposite. About the song, I dont really like it. November 29, 200619 yr i cant stand greenday. i never have been able too, the singers voice is so horrific, the bass player looks 80 years old and the drummer looks 8 years old, plus they do the whole mascara thing..terrible terrible band.

November 29, 200619 yr What a bad combination of Two bad bands.... Both have gone way past their time... I think they need to realise they just don't cut it anymore instead of making silly attempts to cling on to their popularity.

Their genre change to appeal to 14 year old girls has killed almost all of their original fanbase. I was expecting for some ground breaking guitar and drum solos, but oh, then I remembered that both of these bands are almost 100% powerchord based.
