This isn't perfect, and it didn't turn out quite the way I wanted it to (never does), however I can make small improvements. But I guess I can't be too picky since it's my 2nd bg >< Also, I wanna thank you guys for your help so far, it's great =) I've fixed her face O.o Colored the grass, his pants, the tail, added little itty bitty stuff here and there. dark_shadow Posted November 29, 2006 Share Posted November 29, 2006 unique bridle on the pegasus. whats the circular part that goes around the pegasus' eye? very cute; i love how the animals (not sure what they are :P) are playing with each others tails lol very nice work. if you dont mind me asking, how do you neaten ur linework like that? in what program? i draw alot of animals in RL with graphite pencils, and would like to scan them onto the comp to pixel/brush, but it seems too difficult and time consuming to neaten the linework. once again, very nice. looking forward to seeing it finished, cad! I think hehe ^^; There seems to be no easy way to make REALLY clean lineart unless you scan and retrace. I do my artwork on the computer normally anyhow. The reason why there was a paper sketch was cuz I didn't have my laptop with me at the time. And speaking of time consuming, yeah it took me around 6 hours. But that's probably cuz I haven't touched photoshop for such a long time. CGs use to take me less than 12 but I have a feeling this one will be wayy more time consuming. Cad? Lovin the texture on the blue creature and the grass too. what happened to the riverbank? The sky's awesome, deffinantly one of your best, you dont' do many whole scenes do you? it's good that you have, rather than just characters like the seasons one, fantastic.
