December 9, 200619 yr Some country's have an average death every 11 days some every few seconds :( http://www.breathingearth.net/ "If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel AdamsMy new site. [bETA]
December 9, 200619 yr Heh, that's pretty cool. I watched it for a couple minutes, and Canada had 1 birth and 0 deaths :P it turned red (emitting alot of CO2) once. The USA and China are constantly flashing red :P Looks like they're the big polluters.
December 9, 200619 yr The USA and China are constantly flashing red :P Looks like they're the big polluters.I dont think we really needed a website to work that one out, hehe Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. December 9, 200619 yr IUts a simulation its not true real time. They just have birth rate/death rate and CO2 stats and then just let the model run. December 9, 200619 yr I wonder how they do it. :-k They take statistics and code to reflect that. The country will blink/shine/etc. *number* times per minute according to what number they have. Let's play a ranking game. I took screenshots of some countries. This starts from the worst. :: Guess the Movie Contest Champion: pfilc23 ::
December 9, 200619 yr That can't be right, there was a big hoot-lah a few weeks ago about the US's 300 millionth baby born. but I guess estimates are different Gamertag: King Arizona

December 9, 200619 yr Hmm i could have predicted the US, China and India as the worlds greatest polluters without the simulation.
December 9, 200619 yr I rarely see people being born or dieing in Europe. \ Canada has much lower rates than Europe.

However I will agree that it's dropping alot each year. Europe's population is actually decreasing, which is surprising to say the least. I wonder what kind of affects population reducing has on the society. I mean, as it is now, not a steady fast drop. :-k Me doing staff.
December 9, 200619 yr That map is hypnotic @.@ For it is the greyness of dusk that reigns. The time when the living and the dead exist as one.
December 9, 200619 yr That map is hypnotic @.@ I know lol. I've been watching it for like 5 minutes so far.. Lol at the United States. We suck so much. But yea it is kind of depressing. And it's weird to think whenever you see one of those black things popping up a real person is dying. December 9, 200619 yr very cool. i think india has just constantly flashed for a birth since ive been watching it. oh and.. i challenge someone to watch until liechtenstein produces 1000 tonnes of CO2 (52.1 days lol) thats quite impressive given its not as minature as, for example, the vatican :-) babelfish - level 180 60th placestrongguy - level 173 69th place
December 9, 200619 yr who can get the lowest death and birth rate? 8-) Vatican City easily takes that one
December 9, 200619 yr who can get the lowest death and birth rate? 8-) Vatican City easily takes that one Yup. December 9, 200619 yr You can't really compare the stats unless you do it per capita. Yes, the Falkland Islands only has one death every 11.9 days, but they don't have that many people.
