I like it, i have only one one animation so far so im not super good at them either. I think you could just make the movements better. I think it would turn out better if you used a program that uses layers, and when you want to change something you can draw the new thing over it, then deleate the old layer.

A list of them things wrong:

1. people just slide when they should show walking motions.

2. layers of snowballs are done wrong

3. maybe a better gun...

4. right arm is higher then the left

5. ball starts out going straight down but then curves

6. arms only move when the ball is in the snow man's arms

7. when snowman gets shot he respawns like he is made of rubber

8. maybe a background

its different but i made me laugh

Cook Or Be Cooked,Slay Or Be Slain,Burn Or Be Burned,Shoot Or Be Shot,Play Or Be Played

(working on a new sig)

i have issues with:

2-how is a snowman suppsoe to be made then?

1-maybe they don't walk, maybe the camera view gets changed?or point of view moves, but not the characters?

other then those, its a pretty good animation for quick-timing it, lol i find it the grinch part of christmas lol...colour the stick man green.

2- sry i didnt really say what i meant, ment it your lines are not consistent.

here is what i think it should look like:

dgdfgdfgdfgcm0.png

1- if you want the appearence to be that the camera is moving then you should love the snowman with the stickfigure, you had the snowman standing at the same spot on the screen while the stick figure was moving to the left.

btw sry for the crappy fix, i dont have any grafic editing programs except ms paint(i got rid of psp). Im looking forward to getting ps soon though.

He is playing bball, he gets jumped and killed because he is made of crak. :P Lol it looks pretty good if its your first, very smooth, and very nice. But now use more colors and add some more detail ;) looks really good ^5 keep it comin. PeAcE oUt DaWg

a snowman playing b ball that then gets shot...just like in real life!!! ok but it is kinda weird...

Sig by me....

yay, animation :) !! Not the greatest in the world but I suppose animating is kinda difficult if you're new to it.. The snowman could look more realistic but no it doesn't matter because you're still learning the fundamentals of animation.. With the ball it should squash as it hits and stretch slightly after bouncing.. I don't like using stick men as it is just laziness but im glad to see someone else animating something other than myself haha..

I just want to point out with Pivot, you can't really edit the pictures to make them better, it's basically circles and lines thats all you get.. Can't even rotate the images like in drawplus.

then I'd suggest drawing out each frame in paint or something and saving them; frame01.png, frame02.png, frame03.png etc etc.. and then exporting them into an animation program.. If the one your using has many problems just download a free trail animation program.. Ive got the full version of Adobe imageready and it is very easy to make simple animations..

as on this one, firstly simplify the figure into a blocked character/object or linework and work on the animation itself, and later on work on the colouring and details as if each frame is an individual piece.. this one needs colouring.
