Important factors include gesticulation, facial play, charisma, voice, tone of voice and such things. There are girls and women, who aren't even particular pretty, who are very hot nevertheless. (Okay, here we have a definition problem of the word "hot"). A nice body alone won't make a women hot. A stoic facial expression will neither. I'll post this photo of Milla Jovovich again, because it was a nice find and expresses exactly what i mean by hot, as far as it can be shown by a photo: Maybe her mouth is too wide and her eyes to small, but the body language is playful and natural.
