You must be joking. Getting to a level-99 takes a lot of times, and speeding up the training might be expensive, for most skills without cash it might take forever. TzHaar cape costs only about a 300K (NOTE: I said about, that means I don't want anyone saying "Lol, noob it's worth 250K".) and doesn't require any stats. In most cases a 99 in a skill can turn a profit, so that's why I said it was cheaper (I never said anything about the time it took either). Recipe for Disaster: I didn't complete this until several months after its release, but I managed to obtain the barrows gloves at level 78 combat. Can't wait for the 200th quest. Achievement Capes: It's nice to be recognized for completing every quest at a relatively low combat level.
