Getting to a level-99 takes a lot of times, and speeding up the training might be expensive, for most skills without cash it might take forever. TzHaar cape costs only about a 300K (NOTE: I said about, that means I don't want anyone saying "Lol, noob it's worth 250K".) and doesn't require any stats. If you think it's cheaper you defintley don't know how long it really takes to get to a level 99 skill.

In most cases a 99 in a skill can turn a profit, so that's why I said it was cheaper (I never said anything about the time it took either). I have a vague idea of how long it takes getting a 99, having one myself :wink:
January 5, 200719 yr I'm afraid I have to go with the majority: Construction Skill: It's nice to see the product of around 5 years' work. Recipe for Disaster: I didn't complete this until several months after its release, but I managed to obtain the barrows gloves at level 78 combat. Can't wait for the 200th quest. Achievement Capes: It's nice to be recognized for completing every quest at a relatively low combat level. Whats better is I can still wear it and use the emote in a free world even now that I am not a member. The Once and Future Quest Guru

January 5, 200719 yr GGGrrr..i hate how ppl forget tings that r old, look at fight cave! remeber how iconic the fire cape used to b b4 the capes of achievement? every1 wanted! now most perfer the achievements.. anyways, it's a typical juvinile behaviour to prefer newer thinks..anyways, mine r: 1. Rfd, otherwise I'd have to wear Klanks gauntlets (didnt know it was 2006's update tho) Skill capes or Pest Control, Skill capes look cool, PC is the best place to train ranged for me, I just hate ranging.
