December 23, 200619 yr I think money is valued more by other people. I would want skills, though. Say 99 WC and/or Fletching. With that, I could over time make money instad of having to merchant it, or things like that.
December 23, 200619 yr Author I don't mean small amount of wealth..I am more reffering to stuff like crackers and party hats. I AM SURELY GOING TO WIN THE AWARD OF THE MOST LOVED TIP.IT'ER EVER, SURELY?

December 23, 200619 yr Money is more valued in the general runescape population, it seems. Hanging out in Edge W99 shows that the majority of high level players own seemingly useless, expensive, yet stylish items. Me personally though, could care less about those types of items; I will not waste my money on them. I'd much rather spend 1m on gaining a few levels in a hard to level skill than spend it strutting my stuff. I used to own Dragon Legs and a Zamorak platebody, but I sold them in favor of torags. Just about the only 'fancy' items I own are ones I have gotten from treasure trails but have been too lazy to sell, like my two pirate hats and green boater, or the free or cheap kind, like random event clothing, hearaldic steel kite and helm, and things like those. AMEN! =P~
December 24, 200619 yr Money. If you were a Lv. 3 with a blue phat(no offense to skillers...heh heh...), your skills wouldn't matter. Siggie needs work.
December 24, 200619 yr Money. Since i always need money and always feeling too lazy to earn them Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
December 24, 200619 yr Hmm, Personally I think I'd want money. With money you can buy skills and level up. But... with skills you can make money. There both good ^Sir Jem 05-The Bunny Drinking Blog?^ Click it!
December 24, 200619 yr Money. I enjoy buying things, then getting bored, elling them, and buying different things. You occassionally make profit too, thats a bonus. I'm w/ you on that. It really depends on what I feel like doing. If I feel like training I do that. If I feel like buyin and selling I do that. It all depends.
December 24, 200619 yr skills because if you get hacked the money is all gone. plus skills look better because someone that looks you up in the highscores can see your progress with money its not in the highscores. though i do sometimes skill slower to gain money.
December 24, 200619 yr Well I did have d legs, d med and guthix platebody. Sold them to get money for firemaking. The only thing I currently want is a black cav (currently own dark).
December 24, 200619 yr people know bill gates because of his money, not his computer 1337ness. But he wouldnt of got his money if it wasnt for his computer skills. Sounds like RS to me. Currently not active on RuneScape.
December 24, 200619 yr i never had have more than 500k on the bank i always used it to get raw materials or other things to rais levels. if you would get hacked (they only take stuff and dont change your password) you still have your skills and can get easy going if you have alot of money they take it and it will be hard to get it again.
December 24, 200619 yr Skills, so I can make the money for the skills that require money. :D Ex-Runescaper
December 24, 200619 yr in RSC everyone was known who had a high skill, mainly because they were so rare, for example, Bluerose13x was probably the most popular person because she/he was the only person who could supply R2H's on the whole game for quite a while, were as rares were so common, and money wasnt in (large) sums, wereas now, 7k people have 99 fletching, 7k people have 99 cooking, and almost equally the same have 99 attack, strength or defence. But now, if someone has alot of money, people will admire them, whether they are level 3, or 123. high skills are too common in Runescape now, to be noticed anyway. EDIT : i think i read the question wrong lol. De_Pk - Level 117 - Banned September 30th '06.
December 24, 200619 yr Money is nice, but in the long run I'd say skills. Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.
