...ur rant is really silly. Yes, I have 45 def and 43 prayer, full rune, tele runes, full green d hide for mager. Sue me. I pwn all pures, force em to eat and eat. I do tele when I am in danger of dying, I do run, but so do many of the pures I face and call me def n00b or prayer n00b.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

anyway, I do happen to have a mith pure but its no where near as fun as my rune pure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lobbies aren't that expensive, get 1k for only 200k...or just fish em urself. I fish my own swordies. Reason pures are popular is because they are relatively quick to make and are very efficient at killing for their lvl.

And about ppl having high def? Well you can't whine about that, your the fool for not having the sustaining attack level to hit thru the armor. Get your prayer up, use lvl 34 attack prayer skill. Use weakens, weaken his def, att, and str. Use a str pot to enhance your ability to hit higher numbers.

well my main has had high defence befor pures even existed and i was around when rsc pking was around and everyone had the same stats,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so how cna you turn round and say all high defence people are noobs, is it the fact that even tho you fight people with high str, it counts for nothing because we have balanced stats so we can also hit high and block most of your attacks,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and all this about no armouring, if i wanted to no armour, i wouldn't bring my rune around into the wilderness, i do it becuase IT IS THERE TO BE USED, now i am old school and don't do much tellieing, but you say they make you run, there you have no arguement because if YOU run it is YOUR own fault, we aren't making you run, we are there to KILL you and take your stuff, not to make you loss food and then run away calling use defence noobs,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

now in my own experiences, my stats are 74,75,73 and 75 hp, now i am 91 combat and fight roughly, 89-94, and most of them run because now it is, leave your defence at 65-70 and get high strenght, no matter wat, 8 times out of 10 they will run because most pures don't hae a leg to stand on fighting normal all rounders because although you may have 80 defence, you will onli hit about 3-4 points higher than use, so can you see what i am saying, most of it is your own fault that you decide to fight all rounders and that f2p pures don't really stack up against them.

hmmm.. me thinks: f2p = no way to k0... then, what could we do to make them not run?? aaaha.. bind!!!

wow, you have a pretty bad argument and really bad grammar. if you dont like people with defense then don't pk. i pk with defense all the time and i usually beat pures. so what if i take tele runes? in a deathmatch, i wont but random pking its my right to do whatever i can to get a upper hand against my opponent.

Okey just face it... 40% or more in f2p wild got def , and almost all pure melees got pray, and 30-40% of them pro items...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And yes , lets talk about the high lvl def dudes, that can only fight lower lvls that are pure with armor on , and make them waste their food and run. That makes them think ''Whaha , i own a pure , im best...'' or what eva they thing. And when u do fight a def dude , 80% of them safe , 90% are afried 2 no armor , and almost all got teles with them.

back when there was no multi, when your lvls and catching ability mattered not how big of a team you had or whos got the best magic spell, back when you could truely have a fun fight without ppl being able to teleing mid combat or eat mid combat, back when it was a true challenge to survive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i have only been pking maybe 3 times since rs2 came out and i hated it every time :roll: its not fun, i am a rune miner and i do not mine in the wildy because if you are caught you die no matter what :roll: in rs you had a chance of survival while carrying a full load of ores :-s

Your fighting the pure and eating all your food.

 

 

 

You kill the pure.

 

 

 

Woot you just got some full iron and a couple of pieces of food after you ate a full inventory of lobbies. (maybe a rune scimmy if he was skulled)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My point : Pures make pking pointless, mains get no rewards yet pures get like 270k worth of stuff. :evil:

I thought that def, pray and teles were put in the game for a reason, for people to use it. Not just sit there and say "Hey! I can do that but I won't." Get over it.

I belive that people have the right to ensure there survival by all means availible to them. This includes eating food, safeing, tele, having a def lvl, and runing for his/her life.

Obviously pures are more fun with pures as both parts actually have a chance at dying? Before you say "train defense and prayer" imagine world 18 edge with everyone in full torags+crystal shield praying melee and eating at 70 hp then maybe you get the point; It's not even remotely fun when noone dies.

all i have to say is i wish i played this game more before the pure fad happened.... pures ruined the entire game (or at least ruined it more) i have a main accountand none other.... i do not have a pure and never will and my mains stats are very close together.... i wish that pures never came about and if i see 1 more level 3 chopping yews/fishing lobbies/mining coal, im gonna massacre 28 ppl before turning the adamant longsword on myself...

I agree completely. I wish they would bring back the RSC combat system in the wilderness... Wars have degraded into piling/spamming fests instead of harsh one-on-one battles with range and mage support.
