So is it really true? and i don't want to know taht yiou belive in it or not, i am asking for Fackts for evidence (and stuff like that :-k ). I am expecting the truth and only the truth! If they really wanted. They can manipulate their own stats. There have been Level 1 J mods walking around. Which is also why they don't appear on the highscores. If I recall correctly, a lot of the high level players back in RSC (way back.. 2001-ish), such as bluerose13x and her friends asked JaGEx if they could have a black party hat, but were denied. Not entirely sure but meh... it's possible. Jmods dont really HAVE anything. Since they can make or do anything, even items that dont exist, i guess yes they can wear black phats. It has to exist before one can spawn it. If you try to spawn an item or NPC that doesn't exist, nothing happens. I think what you mean is "exist to normal players." Or something.. I can search for a picture if you don't believe me, but he sincerely has a black partyhat, the only one of its kind. They can actually do pretty much anything in the game, you know... spawn items, edit their levels, spawn randoms (free camo pl0x!), walk on water... pretty much ultimate power.
