January 7, 200719 yr If you was a completely new member but had all the stat requirements for each and every quest already available.. how long do you think it would take you to complete all quests? It takes a average about 1 hour per quest.. with over 100 quests.. thats like.. over 3 days. But you need sleep.. so probably 1 week to complete all quests from the start. What do you guys think? ~Defender~ If you love me, send me a PM. 8 - Love me2 - Hate me
January 7, 200719 yr Hopfully you include breaks and friend time into your rs schedule. I'd say 2 weeks, thats including breaks and friends. http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/975/70961xn8.jpg[/img]Playing WoW
January 7, 200719 yr Well I've been playing on and off for six years now and I just completed the last quest last week lol. Xtreme iTalk
January 7, 200719 yr probaly about a week+ if thats all you did a normal person probaly about 2 weeks
January 7, 200719 yr Interesting question Defender. The quest themselves aren't the problem here it is the requirements to do them that take time. My old main was banned At the end of August, and I had all quests completed. I started over and have 3 quests left not for the cape. Things like Devious minds at level 65 smithing, Lunar Diplomacy at 61 crafting and 60 mining, Regicide at 56 agility, and MEP 1&1 will slow things down considerably. As a side note I have been keeping a running list of quests that can and can;t be completed with stat boosters. It was very nice to complete Regicide this time with only 51 agility (summer Pies). Freeing Awowoguai (sp?) in RFT on the other hand cant be potted to, you need the base level listed. Thieving at Desert treasure is the same. I tried Evil stews from level 49, but you need that base level of 53 to get the chest open. Lunar Diplomacy is another one you can't pot to. Got all the way out there and finally got an evil stew to give me the 4 mining levels I needed, and I was denied. I am combat level 67 now and could have been a few levels lower, but I like mage and prayer, so I know there can be a lower level with the quest cape, but I should be one of the lowest when I get it. -Kama Check out the Runescape Investor blog
January 7, 200719 yr If you're crazy and play 20 hours a day, this post isn't for you. Given an 8-16 hour day of playing RS (which is still extreme), I would still say for all quests you'd need minimum 18-20 days. (about 3 weeks). This of course assumes that the player got all those pesky required items for those quests themselves. I could have cut down my M.E. part II quest time by at least 2 hours if I didn't have to go all the way around the RS map (twice!) to get all the dumb items. If a player had full item help (read: mules) and full stat requirements, put it at about 8-10 days then. It hasn't been proven, but I think that's a fair guess. Average player to get 232 qp (232 as of Jan 7 07), I would say a year to a year and a half (factor in about 1500 - 1650 total skill at this point as well). RSN: Greedom1 | QP 248+ | Combat 116 | Total 1920+ | Skills 95 craft, 99 farm, 88 herb, 91 mage, 85 slayer Values? What do they mean?

If you're efficient/use all guides etc, obviously you can shorten it. I would say though for a decent player, about a year and a half seems a tad generous - I'll settle for 9 months. :) RSN: Greedom1 | QP 248+ | Combat 116 | Total 1920+ | Skills 95 craft, 99 farm, 88 herb, 91 mage, 85 slayer Values? January 7, 200719 yr how do you figure 1 hour per quest? I don't think I've ever finished a quest in 1 hour...
January 7, 200719 yr WEll it would be if you had all the items ready and friends who would come along to help give items and lead you through paths that would take about 10% of the quest time off otherwise it would be almost 3 weeks considering breaks and friends :
January 7, 200719 yr depends on how long u can do quests and if u count collected each item for a quest it would take probobly 2 hours each 1593th to 99 Farming - July 08.
January 7, 200719 yr The quests themselves are easily completed, its just getting the stuff for the quest that takes the time If you have any questions about World of Warcraft or you need an explanation about something, please feel free to pm me.
January 7, 200719 yr it would be way more then 1 week, because you have to take into account gathering matereals and the extra long quests like regiside and mep2
January 7, 200719 yr how do you figure 1 hour per quest? I don't think I've ever finished a quest in 1 hour... How the hell have you not managed that? Cooks Assistant takes 10minutes tops! and Tear of Guthix takes about 2 minutes, talk to juna, cross hole, mine rock, craft rock, talk to juna, done. -- 2001 Starter --

January 7, 200719 yr Took me 60 ~ 90 days since the start of my membership which means I had level 1 in all my member skills yet I completed all quest. Probally 30 ~ 45 days if you have everything from requirements and items.
January 7, 200719 yr i would say 1 month becse i am really slow but considering i got 27qp in 3 days trying to get barrow gloves (i had to do legends, desert treasure and alot of other quests) that was only because it was holiday on school days i would do maybe 1 quest a day
January 7, 200719 yr id say very quick if you have all requirements i can do all quests in f2p in a few hours  when i got the lvls and teles and a nice bunch of cash
January 7, 200719 yr 1 hour per quest? lol!!!! It can take over 3 days for just one quest.... took me 2 for MEP2 Sure you can do all the free quests in like 2 days but all member would probably be a month at least Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....
