Just remember two things when cleaning your ear. 1) Water works fine 2) Don't push anything too far in or move around. He did'nt push it, he hit his head and the bud went in due to the monentum... All the cases of injury have been from people pushing them too far in and bursting the eardrum. Lightly rotate the Q-Tip. Use Ear Cleaner to loosen it up. I think there's an old saying... never put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear... i mean c'mon... you'd look pretty stupid trying to fit your elbow in your ear... right? I think these people are trying to contribute but don't have anything to say so they just steal stuff from other people. Or they don't bother reading. Because you're never gonna be dumb enough to push your finger too far into your ear or knock it on a door turning around. Sure, it sounds disgusting, but it's nothing soap and water won't fix! It is just something I have never done and my ears are fine. There is no build up of wax or anything. Did it a few times when I was a kid but not frequently.
