Zammorak_king
I think jagex likes zelda because the new shadow sword lookes like the master sword but in a ghost form. Also the new quest on the whistle part, one of them sounds like a flute from the oracle of seasons or ages. I forget which one
Screech1992
most of RuneScape is a collection of existing fantasy games or stories, so it's very likely that there are inspirations from Zelda too

Robert_Rdam
If they like Zelda..they can give me a the Triforce piece of Courage, make me the Hero of Time, and give me an Ocarina. Would be cool if they added another feature from Zelda. But Jagex adds things of everything so it could be coincidence. I love Zelda...=D Credits to Skully Sc for the signature. CubeMage128
People need to learn.... Runescape is a humor based game. Most of its comedy comes from references or parodies of other games, TV shows, or movies. I get annoyed when people say "OMG Jagex stole this from LOTR/Zelda/FMA" For instance, look at all the Monty Python references in the game. Jagex didn't create Monty Python, so does that mean they aren't allowed to have references to the show? By the way, another Zelda reference: When you first enter the Stronghold of security, look closely at the corpse you can obtain a book from. He's wearing Link's hat! :P

anonymous1234
what do you want from me now??!!! oh you are talking about the game ok. i don't think it would be copywriting because i was watching nickelodien with my little cousin and i was amazed at how many stupid parodies they have like "pintendo GS" and "dark laser". its ridiculous but it is perfectly legal

I love Zelda very much, and I have alot of the games home. If you think about it RS and Zelda is pretty much alike, and that's probalby one of the reasons on why I love these games this much.
