February 21, 200719 yr To restate/clarify what everyone already said: To get into the highscores for a skill, you must be in the top 1,000,000 (one million) characters in that skill, and you also must be at least level 30 in that skill. So you need more xp than the millionth best person in that skill, or be the first person to have the same amount of xp as the current millionth person.
