excellent point, and they hinted in a postbag from (guessing) last october to hang onto them.

But its a little more than an item its a whole room lol idk seems to be too big of a thing to have no reason.... its not unprecedented to have a useless room but usually they'd have the room blocked off (like the body room in elemental workshop p2).

Half of the quests in this game have "no reason" for existing 2 weeks after their debut / or a player finishes it. This room, like many others in RS will be the focus of so much attention right now like a proverbial prom queen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In a month, no one will notice this lame room, nor the tower for that matter. <-- First one to call me out on this (pm's only) wins 100k. Date: March 17th. (It's St. Patty's Day, and I will mostly likely be drunk, so it may end up being 100 gp, so don't say you weren't forewarned...) :mrgreen:

It's there as reason #2314 to keep members paying so they can find out on a future update what'll be in store.

Wasn't necromancer the only npc in early rsc days who dropped zamorak robes :-k ? Thats why i killed them for hours. (The time before undergroundpass were released)

Meanwhile, back in the caves, a blotched lord's inns eat exotic food and all that jazz. In the basement of the tower of life you'll find the homunculus; he's crossing a lobster with a jubbly! A spider with a sardine! A newt with a rooster! It's all underground, where there's a hole in my pocket. Pockets? The Chaos Elemental has no need for pockets!

well, if yoy're slightly paranoid when you did that quest, or you read all of the text, you would have caught something interesting during the summoning of the homunculus.

 

 

 

if you didn't see anything out of the ordinary, you went through the text too fast or don't know what the current most awaited update is.
