[iNT1] In the depths of the swamp of Morytania, there is a legendary place known as Barrows. The legends tell that there were once six brothers that fought against the evil, but their interest was caught by a strange old man that promised to give them infinite power. Barrows is a popular place that many people visit and hope to have good luck and win good money and experience, if you want to come here be aware that if you die you will NOT keep your items on death. Keep in mind that there are a lot of ways of doing this, and there will be only the most popular of them explained in this guide. [TLGN] There were once six brothers. they were Dharok, Ahrim, Karil, Guthan, Torag and Verac, and they lived in Misthalin. They were really experienced fighters, but they wanted more power and to be famous in all of the land of RuneScape, one day a stranger appeared and told them that he would give them infinite power, but they had to serve his God. The thing that the brothers didn't know is that the mysterious old man's God was evil. The next day, they started to fight against the forces that were against them, they won and started to build a camp for the brothers' army. Then the stranger's voice was heard in each of the brothers' minds, saying the words “The time has come, my warriors. The gifts I bestowed upon you have served you well, and you, in turn, have served your god. Now, it is time to begin your servitude to me... to my god. You shall stand ever vigilant for His return, and then you will be champions in His glorious army - we shall have victory against the usurper. But first, you must die...” The Brothers were prepared to receive an attack from the stranger, but he did nothing to them. Then he just vanished. More battles came at night, but the Brothers were weakened, they had less accuracy, Ahrim was missing his spells, and Karil couldn't kill his enemies before they attacked his other brothers. And so the next day, they died. For six days the remaining men of their army started to dig up the earth, and build Crypts for each of the brothers. When they finished, they put each of the brothers in their respective Crypts. Then they just covered the crypts with earth, making some kind of Barrows, and then their remaining men left the land. The next day the Stranger appeared in the Barrows' field, and then he walked to the central mound and, casted a spell. Then a purple light formed in front of him, and descended in each of the Barrows. [MAP1] The first map to be seen should be the one of the surroundings, so here is a map of how to get to Barrows. Once you arrive at the Mini-Game's location, you will see six big mounds, and within each of these, the crypt where one of the brothers are buried lies. Another map to be seen is the map of the tunnels, this map includes all the rooms, and hallways in the Barrows Tunnels, and should help you locate yourself inside of the tunnels by seeing the rooms next to where you are (By checking which monsters are in the rooms next door you should be able to locate yourself). The next images aren’t maps, but they are the puzzles that will help you go to the center room of the tunnels, the room that contains the Reward Chest, each of the images below will have a respective puzzle and its respective answer (Remember that the puzzles only appear in the Reward Chest Room doors, and they’re random, so you never know what puzzle you’re getting). NOTE:While in the Crypts or in the tunnels, you’ll notice a Kill Count text on your screen, which increases every time you kill something in the Crypts or in the Tunnels. The KC (Kill Count) does NOT increase the chances of getting a Barrow Armor/Weapon Drop, it only increases the quantity and quality of the runes and racks you get in the chest. [YREN] Your enemies in this Mini-Game will be the brothers from the legend itself, as well as other monsters, that you will encounter in the Barrow Tunnels. Each of the brother’s armor provides them with a special ability. Ahrim the Blighted: His ability, Blighted Aura, allows him to reduce your Strength with some of his successful magic attacks. You will notice when his effect has activated when you see a head spinning around you. His weaknesses are Ranged Attacks, and you'll range this brother while using all the methods. Melee is considerably effective against him, but it's not recommendable due to Ahrim's special ability, and due to the fact that he can cast spells that reduce Melee Stats. Dharok the Wretched: His ability, Wretched Strength, lets him hit higher according to his Hitpoints left, the more he lacks of, the more he will hit with his terrifying axe on you (There is no way to see his ability being activated other than receiving very high hits). His weaknesses are Magic Attacks, but you can melee him only on the following methods: Dharok, GS, Verac and Void Whip. You'll also range this brother while using the Ranged Method Guthan the Infested: His ability, Infestation, will allow him to heal on you sometimes, meaning that if he hits a 20 on you for example, he will heal 20 Hitpoints (His ability can be seen when some purple curved lines come out of you). His weaknesses are Magic Attacks, but you can melee him only on the following methods: Dharok, GS, Verac and Void Whip. You'll also range this brother while using the Ranged Method Karil the Tainted: His ability, Tainted Shot, will give him the power to reduce your agility level temporarily with some of his successful ranged attacks (You can notice when this ability has been activated, when you have some faces surrounding your character, these will disappear eventually). His weaknesses are Melee Attacks, you'll Melee this brother while using all the methods. Torag the Corrupted: His ability, Corruption, allows him to reduce your run energy with some of his successful attacks (You will notice the effect being activated by having some sort of purple hand coming out of the floor and grabbing you). His weaknesses are Magic Attacks, but you can melee him only on the following methods: Dharok, GS, Verac and Void Whip. You'll also range this brother while using the Ranged Method Verac the Defiled: His ability, Defiled, will let him pierce through your armor and prayer, this brother is the most annoying for the Dharok Method, since he has a chance to pierce through your defense you have to be very careful if you’re planning on staying at low hitpoints (There is no way to see his effect, other than seeing him hitting you with Melee Prayer activated). His weaknesses are Magic Attacks, but you can melee him only on the following methods: Dharok, GS, Verac and Void Whip. You'll also range this brother while using the Ranged Method [sSPO] There are a fair amount of safespots inside this mini-game, for those who do not know, a safespot is a spot where you stand and attack a monster with a ranged or magic attack, without recieving damage from this monster (You may be attacked by others though) [hide=North-East Part of Tunnels] [/hide] [hide=South-East Part of Tunnels] [/hide] [hide=South-West Part of Tunnels] [/hide] [hide=North-West Part of Tunnels]None[/hide] [TMET] [ANME] Level and Quest Requirements: -Desert Treasure Quest Completed -75+ Ranged -70+ Defence -82+ Magic (For Ice Blitz, but you can try with Ice Burst too) -If you have a low defence level, and wish to not take any hits, you must be able to count down the exact time of freezing (This is, when you successfully freeze someone, a time will pass until he can move again, you must move one or two seconds before he can move again so he doesn’t reach you and you can freeze him again, you will only be able to freeze him again about 3 or 4 seconds after he got the ability to walk again). [hide=Gear] Gear In Words: -Head: Ahrim’s Hood > Farseer Helm > Mystic Hat -Chest: Ahrim’s Robetop > Mystic Top -Legs: Ahrim’s Robebottom > Mystic Bottom -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory > Amulet of Magic -Left Hand: Dragonfire Shield > Dragon SQ Shield -Right Hand: Ancient Staff (You can use a Master Wand or any other staff, but the Ancient Staff is the only one capable of auto casting Ancient Spells) -Feet: Infinity Boots (Not shown in picture) > Mystic Boots -Hands: Barrow Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves -Finger: Seers Ring (Not Shown in picture) > Archers Ring (If you have low Ranged Level) > Ring of Life -Back: God Cape > Trimmed Skill Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Runes for the desired Ancient Spell (Should be runes for Ice Blitz, but some use Barrage or Burst) -Spade -Enhanced Excalibur (Optional, it is used to boost your defence and heal HP at the cost of a whole Special Attack Bar) -Rune Crossbow -Abyssal Whip, or any other Melee Weapon to kill Karil and the Tunnel Monsters -One Prayer Potion -Ranged Armor (Full Ranged Void will do) -Teleport to House Tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do[/hide] Risk: High (Over 2m). Cost: High (10k+ Used per trip probably). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Verac, Torag and Ahrim, in that order, praying only on Guthan if you have any leftover from the fight with Karil -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Karil in the tunnel, take some sips from your prayer potion and Ranged pray, if you're 90+ Defence and have the Enhanced Excalibur, use the special to boost your defence and hope you can kill him without praying. [DHME] Level and Quest Requirements: -Digsite Quest Completed (See below) -85+ Attack -85+ Strength -85+ Defence -80+ Prayer (You can try with 75 Though) -85+ Hitpoints (90 Would work way better though) -80+ Ranged -3-4 Unidentified Liquids per trip (See below) Note: If you are going to use the Unidentified Liquid to get your HP down, you will need the Digsite Quest, but there are other ways to get your HP down, like eating Rock Cakes, but the Nitroglycerin is faster once you have it. Keep in mind that each Unidentified Liquid reduces your HP by 25, but if you ID it with the examiner it will become Nitroglycerin, which hits 35 instead. Also consider the fact that you can't kill yourself with items, so the lowest you can get at is 3HP, in this case you should only wear Ring of life if you're doing from 15%+ of HP [hide=Gear] Gear in Words: -Head: Dharok's Helm -Chest: Dharok's Platebody -Legs: Dharok's Platelegs -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory > Amulet of Strength -Left Hand: Nothing -Right Hand: Dharok's Greataxe -Feet: Dragon Boots > Rune Boots > Adamant Boots -Hands: Barrow Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves -Finger: Berserker Ring (Not shown in picture) > Warrior Ring > Archers Ring > Ring of Life -Back: Trimmed Skill Cape > Fire Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Super Set (One Super Attack Potion, one Super Strength Potion and one Super Defence Potion) -Spade -2 Prayer Potions -Abyssal Whip or any other Melee Weapon -Rune Defender or a good shield -Enhanced Excalibur -Rune Crossbow -Black D'hide Top and Chaps (Don't bring Ranged Void Set, it will take too much space) -Teleport to House Tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do[/hide] Risk: High (Over 2m). Cost: Medium (5k+ used per trip probably). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag and Ahrim, in that order, PRAYING during the whole fights -Heal to a decent hitpoints (You have two choices here, heal full and whip verac, or heal to 60-70 and hope for good hits using the Dharok's Greataxe) -Kill Verac -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Karil or Ahrim in the tunnels, pray against them if you wish to keep your health low to have high hits, or just heal to full health and kill them with the appropriate gear [GSME] Level and Quest Requirements: -90+ Attack -90+ Strength -90+ Defence -70+ Prayer -90+ Hitpoints -80+ Ranged Note: You can try this at lower melee levels but you won't have a lot of high hits [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Void Melee Helm -Chest: Void Robetop -Legs: Void Robebottom -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory > Amulet of Strength -Left Hand: Nothing -Right Hand: Armadyl Godsword, or Saradomin Godsword (With Armadyl you will have high hits with the special, but Saradomin one heals your HP and Prayer with the special, it's up to you to decide which you like the most) -Feet: Dragon Boots > Rune Boots > Adamant Boots -Hands: Void Gloves -Finger: Berserker Ring (Not shown in picture) > Warrior Ring > Archers Ring > Ring of Life -Back: Trimmed Skill Cape > Fire Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Super Set (One Super Attack Potion, one Super Strength Potion and one Super Defence Potion) -Spade -1 Prayer Potion -Abyssal Whip or any other Melee Weapon -Dragonfire Shield (Rune Defender will do though) -Rune Crossbow -Void Range Helm -Teleport to House Tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do NOTE: In the picture there is an Enhanced Excalibur, this is in case you brought Bandos or Zamorak Godswords, since their special attacks are pretty much useless here you might want to use this sword to heal yourself (You can try using the Bandos Godsword's special though, considering it lowers the opponent's defence level)[/hide] Risk: High (Void and about 1,8m-2m). Cost: Medium (5k+, this may vary because you can use a lot of food if you get hit high). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, if you have leftover prayer from the fight with Karil, use piety until your prayer runs out -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest NOTE: If you're using the Armadyl Godsword, use the special only when your oponent is at 60%+ of health, since it can hit 70s, you want your opponent to have enough health to take the whole damage (Would be a waste to use the special only for it to hit 20-30, wouldn't it?) In case of: Dharok in the tunnels, just Range him using one of the corner safespots, or you can bring some magic equipment (Staff + Runes only) to mage him, you should not attempt to kill Dharok by meleeing him without using Melee Prayer [PRME] Level and Quest Requirements: -50+ Prayer -55 Slayer -Initiate or Proselyte armor unlocked -High magic level (60+, but you can try with 50) -Good ranged level (61+ is suggested for the use of Rune Crossbow) [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Helm of Neitiznot > Proselyte Sallet > Initiate Sallet -Chest: Proselyte Hauberk > Initiate Hauberk -Legs: Proselyte Cuisse/Tasset > Initiate Cuisse/Tasset -Neck: Amulet Of Glory > Amulet of Magic -Left Hand: Unholy Book > Granite Shield > Rune Kiteshield -Right Hand: Slayer's Staff -Feet: Mystic Boots -Hands: Rune Gloves > Adamant Gloves -Finger: Ring of Life -Back: God Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -4 Prayer Potions -Spade -Rune Crossbow (If 61 Ranged) -D'hide Top and Chaps (The best you can use) -Dragon Scimitar and Dragon Dagger P++ -Runes for Slayer Dart -Teleport to House tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do NOTE: If you can't use Rune Crossbow yet, then use a Magic Shortbow and use Rune/Adamant arrows instead of Broad Bolts.[/hide] Risk: Low (Can be 300k tops). Cost: High (One of the most expensive methods, could be over 20k per trip if you use a lot of prayer). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying on everyone -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Any melee brother in the tunnels, you can safespot them with the corner spots, but if you get Karil/Ahrim, you will have to drink from your Prayer Potion. [RGME] Level and Quest Requirements: -90+ Ranged -90+ Defence -90+ Hitpoints -80+ Prayer [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Void Range Helm -Chest: Void Robetop -Legs: Void Robebottom -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory -Left Hand: Dragonfire Shield > Dragon SQ Shield -Right Hand: Rune Crossbow -Feet: Ranger Boots (Not shown in picture) > Snakeskin Boots -Hands: Void Gloves -Finger: Archers Ring > Ring of Life -Back: Ava's Accumulator > Trimmed Skill Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -One Ranged Potion -One Super Defence Potion -One Prayer Potion -Spade -Void Melee Helm -Abyssal Whip -Enhanced Excalibur -Teleport to House tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do NOTE: You can bring a staff and runes in case you get a brother in the tunnels, but with a high ranged level (90+) you will be able to range them using the corner spots.[/hide] Risk: High (Over 2m). Cost: Medium-High (5k-10k, The expensive thing here is probably the broad bolts and the food if you get hit a lot). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying only if you have leftover from the fight with Karil -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest If you get: Karil in the tunnels, be prepared for a hard battle, as you don't have a lot of defence, you will probably get hit badly, so you might want to pray against him unless you are willing to waste a lot of food [RUME] Level and Quest Requirements: -60+ Magic -60+ Defence -70+ Ranged -55 Slayer -50+ Prayer [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Neitiznot Helm > Farseer Helm -Chest: Rune Platebody -Legs: Rune Platelegs -Neck: Amulet of Glory > Amulet of Magic -Left Hand: Unholy Book > Granite Shield > Rune Kiteshield -Right Hand: Slayer's Staff -Feet: Mystic Boots -Hands: Rune Gloves > Adamant Gloves -Finger: Ring of Life -Back: God Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Dragon Scimitar and Dragon Dagger P++ -One Prayer Potion -Spade -Runes for Slayer Dart -Rune Crossbow -Black D'hide Top and Chaps -Teleport to House tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do[/hide] Risk: Low (Can be about 300k-400k). Cost: Low (Less than 5k for sure, the only thing you use here is food, because you get the runes back at the end most of the times). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying only if you have leftover from the fight with Karil -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Karil in tunnels, just pray if you have a low defence level [sAME] Level and Quest Requirements -70+ Attack -70+ Magic -70+ Ranged -70+ Prayer -70+ Defence [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Verac's Helm > Torag's Helm -Chest: Verac's Brassard > Torag's Platebody -Legs: Verac's Plateskirt > Torag's Platelegs -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory -Left Hand: Nothing -Right Hand: Black Salamander -Feet: Dragon Boots -Hands: Barrow Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves -Finger: Archers Ring > Seer's Ring > Ring of Life -Back: Trimmed Skill Cape > God Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Harralander Tar (Made by using Harralander on swamp tar) Inventory: -Abyssal Whip -Dragonfire Shield or Rune Defender -One Prayer Potion -Spade -Ranged Gear (You pick between Full Range Void or Black D'hide Top and Chaps) -Rune Crossbow -Enhanced Excalibur -Broad Bolts -Teleport to House tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do Note: If you bring the Rune Crossbow, you need the Broad Bolts, but you can just range with the salamander, the problem is that the tars are difficult to get, so you might want to use them only for maging.[/hide] Risk: High (Over 2m). Cost: Medium-High (5k-10k+ Probably, because of the harralander tars). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying only if you have leftover from the fight with Karil -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Melee Brother in tunnels, and you can't use the corner spots to safespot them, just range them using the corner spots. [TOME] Level and Quest Requirements: -70+ Defence -70+ Magic -60+ Prayer [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Torag's Helm -Chest: Torag's or Dharok's Platebody -Legs: Torag's or Dharok's Platelegs -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory -Left Hand: Unholy Book > Granite Shield -Right Hand: Slayer's Staff -Feet: Mystic Boots -Hands: Barrows Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves -Finger: Seers Ring (Not shown in picture) > Ring of Life -Back: God Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Dragon Scimitar/Abyssal Whip and Dragon Dagger P++ -One Prayer Potion -Spade -Runes for Slayer Dart -Rune Crossbow -Black D'hide Top and Chaps -Teleport to House tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do[/hide] Risk: High (Over 1,5m). Cost: Low (Can go to 2k if you don't use a low of food). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying only if you have leftover from the fight with Karil -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In Case of: Karil in tunnel, you can try tanking him since you have a high defence armor, but if your defence level is less than 85, you might have some trouble fighting without prayer. [VEME] Level and Quest Requirements: -80+ Attack -80+ Strength -80+ Defence -80+ Ranged -70+ Prayer [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Verac's Helm -Chest: verac's Brassard -Legs: Verac's Plateskirt -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory -Left Hand: Nothing -Right Handp: Verac's Flail -Feet: Dragon Boots > Rune Boots -Hands: Barrow Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves -Finger: Berserker Ring (Not shown in picture) > Archers Ring > Ring of Life -Back: Trimmed Skill Cape > Fire Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Super Set (One Super Attack Potion, one Super Strength Potion and one Super Defence Potion) -Spade -One Prayer Potion -Abyssal Whip or any other Melee Weapon -Rune Defender or a good shield -Enhanced Excalibur -Rune Crossbow -Ranged Gear (Pick between Void Range Set and Black D'hide Top and Chaps) -Teleport to House Tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do[/hide] Risk: High (Over 2m). Cost: Medium (5k+ Probably, same reason as always, the food). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying only if you have leftover from the fight with Karil, don't use protect prayers, use piety instead -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Karil in tunnel, just put on your shield and beat him without praying, if he's too much of a trouble, pray agaisnt him. [VWME] Level and Quest Requirements: -85+ Attack -85+ Strength -85+ Defence -70+ Prayer -80+ Ranged [hide=Gear] Gear in words: -Head: Void Melee Helm -Chest: Void Robetop -Legs: Void Robebottom -Neck: Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory -Left Hand: Dragonfire Shield > Rune Defender > Dragon SQ Shield -Right Hand: Abyssal Whip -Feet: Dragon Boots > Rune Boots -Hands: Void Gloves -Finger: Berserker Ring (Not shown in picture) > Archers Ring > Ring of Life -Back: Trimmed Skill Cape > Fire Cape > Untrimmed Skill Cape -Quiver: Broad Bolts Inventory: -Super Set (One Super Attack Potion, one Super Strength Potion and one Super Defence Potion) -Spade -One Prayer Potion -Void Range Helm -Rune Crossbow -Enhanced Excalibur -Teleport to House tab -Rest with food, Monkfish will do[/hide] Risk: Medium-High (Depends if you have the best equipment or not, you'll be losing the whole void set though). Cost: Medium-High (May vary if you get hit a lot, some trips you'll eat over 15 monkfish if you have bad hits and getting hit a lot). Order: -Kill Dharok, praying Melee the whole fight -Kill Karil, praying Ranged the whole fight -Kill Guthan, Torag, Verac and Ahrim, praying only if you have leftover from the fight with Karil, don't use protect prayers, use piety instead -Go down into the tunnels -Get your desired KC -Loot the Chest In case of: Karil in tunnel, you can try killing with no prayer if you have a Dragonfire Shield and you are 92+ Defence, otherwise you might have some trouble killing him without praying. [VIDS] [EXIN] If you have 50 Construction, it will be great if you build an altar and a portal chamber in your house, make a Kharyll portal, which leads to Canifis, and you will be able to teleport to your house after every trip, charge your prayer and go back to Canifis for more action. You can use the Holy Wrench if you wish to, but most people will find this quest annoying. Never forget your spade, without it you won't be able to get down to the crypts/tunnels. The Ring of Wealth (ROW) does NOT work here, since you don't actually kill the chest it doesn't affect the chances of getting better loot from it. Force Spawn means opening the same door over and over again until a desired monster appears (In this case, your tunnel brother) this tecnique is used in order to get the melee brothers in the rooms with safespots, rather than getting them in the ones without. Inside the tunnels and cryps your prayer gets drained by 10+# of brothers killed. (If you killed 5 then it gets drained by 15), it occurs every minute or so [FAQ1] Q: Will I get good drops? A: It's all random, you can't hope to get a drop every 4 trips, sometimes you might get a lot, sometimes you might get none, there is no way to increase the chance of a drop, only by killing the 6 brothers. Q: I followed your guide step-by-step and yet I get nothing, why? A: Like I said above, the chances of getting a drop are random. Q: What inventory should I use for *Method Here*? A: When you have enough experience at Barrows, you'll know how to create your own methods and inventories. If you leave a question with a method not mentioned in the guide, I'll give it a shot and give you an inventory that I consider appropriate. Q: Can I add you? A: Well, my friend's list is always full, but I would gladly add you on my youtube account, it's name is J35u5M16. Q: What KC should I get? A: KC only affects the quantity and quality of the runes and racks you get, a good number is usually between 10 and 20. Q: How do I find the door to the chest? A: The location of the door is random, but you can try to see to the rooms next door to see if they have the door, if you don't see it, then just keep looking for it. Q: Is Barrows hard? A: Only if you have a bad connection, since you might lose connection, your prayer can run out and you might die if you're low leveled. Q: How long does one trip take? A: Between 7 and 10 minutes. Q: Can I do more than one chest per trip? A: Of course you can, but those methods need the use of Prayer Potions to charge prayer to beat Dharok, so it would end up being more expensive if you don't get drops. Q: What are the chances of getting a Barrows Item as drop? A: Like I said in Question 1 and 2, the chances are random. [REWR] Of course, all this preparation doesn't come with any good rewards, the rewards of Barrows are unique because we are talking about....the Brothers' armor! Every time you open the chest in the center of the tunnels, you might get a piece of barrows armor, Bolt Racks is the ammunition that Karils x-bow uses, you can also get dragon medium helms, half keys, and runes. beerrobb3r
OMG the lucky noob made a guide!!! Its pretty good, but you made more focus on the story and that stuff rather than in the methods, I suggest making it more balanced. In the second method if you use MSB Ahrim is last brother to kill, since you can spec him. Also whip is a lot better than scimmy. In the veracs method I didn't find how to fight Ahrim, do you ignore it with this method or what? and what if you got Guthan for tunnels? Just complemen t that. I can't say nothing for the ancient guide, its pretty good and I dont know much about it lol. You can add the "noob" method which is like the same ancients but using a high fire spell and snare/entangle, its very usefull for low lvls so it worth being named. In general is a very good guide but you can add more things to all, like what to do if you get certain brother in tunnels *cough* power respawn *cough*. Hope this feedback helps you to improve your guide, I made it very kind and with constructive critisicism since you are my friend  . ^Click it to see my BLOGBarrows Drops: 3[spear, dh helm, t helm]Law Crafting guide
Mb1911
That Nub!!!! He didn't tell use he was gonna make a guide... :XD: "Maybe a hundred years; that would be fine with me. As long as Americans are not being injured, harmed, wounded, or killed, that's fine with me. I hope it would be fine with you, if we were to maintain a presence in an extremely volatile part of the world. A part of the world where the al Qaeda are training, equipping, recruiting, and motivating people every single day." -John McCain
sup3rpur
id recommend burst over blitz, just because blitz is more than twice the cost of an ice burst spell. i did about 100 runs with each and i actually lost money with blitz :? soooo ya... J35u5_M4
Blitz's max hit is higher, and can hit higher, and also freezing time is 15 seconds, the freezing time of burst spell is 10 seconds

J35u5_M4
Well. If you read the F.A.Q you will notice that I explain there the Guthan Method, just wear it with spear in inventory and wearing guthans, I don't suggest it because I have seen more than 3 people dieing with guthans (two lvl 120s and one lvl 90s)
