Chaos Elemental Hints toward Summoning?

Now before you think Oh gawd, not another Summoning/GE thread, I am simply posting SPECULATION. This is probably not true, and I'm probably reading into this way too much, but here are a few things I found interesting. (Picture will be Below)

First hint I saw was the raccoon whistle thing. (Is that a raccon? :-k )

I'm guessing its a hint towards summoning with whistles? (prepares for flaming).

Other thing I found was on the to do list, mentions traveling abroad, New areas? Or maybe traveling using Summons?

There were several circled letters, I tried putting them together, I only get Eclin, cline, and other gibberish. Seems a bit too suspicious though, if somebody wants to take a crack at unscrambling, be my guest.

Then there's the Chaosudoku, with all the runes, including the life rune, (perhaps it will be used?) and another rune that has three bars running across it, i'm not sure if this exsists currently.

I'll be updating this if i find anything new in the picture.

And three barred rune is air rune. #-o I feel so stupid -_-

There is a line at the bottom of one of the notes that is in morse code that translates to Gecko.

(FYI: the rune with three bars is an air rune, and you forgot to include the circled u in your letters, one word that can come out is nuclei.)

The other "new" rune might be just mud rune.

Also on the "to do" list there were some morse code that said "gecko".

Also the lottery numbers also mean "magpie" 1=a 2=b 3=c etc...

water, soul, air, astral, blood, nature, cosmic, fire, death and another (i dont know howe you discribe it ( 4th row, 4th rune, and 7th row, last rune, and 8th row, last rune)

what i find weird is that the chaossudoku is wrong, 2 watter runes in the left-under box, and others :?:

the letters are:

E U A I L C = can be lucien

"Lucien" is a possibility from the letters.

The one with the arrow looking thing is probably a body rune, and come to think of it, the one that looks like a life rune is probably just a mind rune.

Just last month I received a parcel of documents pertaining to Dragontooth Island, and I must say that they were very interesting reading indeed. There was even some sort of vague map of the place, though I believe it was a child's scrawl as it featured a terribly clicḫ̩̉̉d map to some buried treasure (it was even marked with an X, would you believe).

In general terms, I have gathered that Dragontooth Island was once some sort of outpost for Saradomin's forces many thousands of years ago and, during the God Wars or soon after, the garrison and all their facilities were quite brutally erased from the surface of RuneScape. A tragic tale, I'm sure you'll agree.

As for the 'Eastern Lands' you speak of, I've generally equated them with fairy tales told to impressionable children, but I concede that it is possible that these lands exist. As most of the fairy tales refer to 'grate fiery beastes enwrapt in poisons' and 'one-legged, one-eyed men of lymestone', I'm inclined to believe that they are not very close to Dragontooth Island at all.

Saradomin's statue, on the other hand, is much less mysterious, having been erected a mere hundred years ago by a group of refugees from Morytania who once went looking for those Eastern Lands. What became of them is, of course, unknown. I believe there are some in the Warriors' Guild who know more of these matters, but alas; warriors tend to be too preoccupied with their axes to tell stories.

-Ow yeah btw, the cyclopses in the Warriors guild are from the eastern lands, so that fits with the 'one-eyed monster' thing.

I don't have anything important to add, but the paper "Anger Unseats Bacteria" is written by Annette Fisher. It sounds like "A net fisher", which is probably one of those things (I don't know what they are called) that Jagex adds into the game for a little humor.

Also, at the very bottom of the lottery ticket, there are more numbers. Some of them are missing, and if you use the same code for the actual Lottery numbers it comes out to "M A I A W." I don't know if you can annagram this and find a word, I couldn't. Maybe the missing numbers are needed, or if it has no meaning at all.

Some of those discoveries are pretty obscure... who woulda thought the sudoku was a cryptogram
