There are a lot more people there than it looks. At peak times, there are maybe 12-20 people per spot. Having so many people to calculate randoms, there is going to be a lot of them. But, random's are RANDOM. I was in the Dwarven mine, and there were 3 M.O.M. in 15 minutes, 2 for me. in addition to that, there were only 3 people there. It's just the way it is. DARN YOU AUTOERS :shame: :shame: :shame:

Your suggestions need working on, but overall, I agree with the idea. Jagex needs to work on smaller things like that. In fact, a lot more things like the new look of lesser demons and dragons that is coming out. THAT is what we need. :thumbsup:

ARGGGGG!!!!! Don't agree with him. Jagex is not going to allow it, because as soon as one P2P item is allowed in the F2P world, but the F2Pers can't make it, then the Members will make MASSIVE amounts of money selling these items. And having member rangers hunt down F2P meleers with the new crossbow bolts and getting 50k per kill? NTY :shame: :shame: :shame:

I don't see what can be gained by this topic. Sure there are a lot of horrible posts on this board, but there are also quite a few gems. For example, look on 'newbs say the funniest things'. This post is merely a discussion on what people find funny about RuneScape. It doesn't try to slander noobs, it relates encounters. Other posts on the other hand... Personally though, i like to search through the posts till i find one i think is worth talking about. Bad posts i just ignore, and they will eventually dissapear among the other posts at the bottom of the page. I actually prefer the RuneScape suggestion board, as there are MANY wonderful ideas there. (amid the ruins of 'RANGE IS UNDERPOWERED') And the Rants forum... I feel sorry for what some of those Mods have to deal with. Anyway, i don't see your point in coming here and telling us that our forums suck. It seems to me that this is another post that is contributing to that overall degeneration of the forums.

NO, you cant do it. the dragon will own you unless you get a rune weapon, lvl 45 is optimum. Unless, you mage it, but then its dragon fire, so you aren't much better off. I say get a higher strength, so you hit more damage, maybe 35, 40, 40? Anyway, if you want to try it, go right ahead. The easiest way though, is called a CANNON :XD:

I think i stated that same thing about hte crossbows somewhere else, and i think that quite a few of the bolts have abilities that could even possibly beat an unsuspecting fighter. Second, people can use what they want to win, and if you can't find a way to beat the dragon dagger then dont fight...

Ive wielded a crossbow, and it sucks. Shortbow is actually the best for damage. But it looks that with these updates, Range may actually gain an edge. I mean, look at some of the abilities that the bolts can get. The Diamond tip armour piercing? and the dragon's breath? both seem primmed to wipe out an unsuspecting warrior... once combined with the bolt (i cant remember the name) that can knock you over. Maybe you should try it out... The basic crossbows may not be that great, but i wonder the effect that the barbs and the enchanted arrows will have.

actually, if your lucky, a good place to train is on dark mages, because they drop many runes, reducing the cost of buying all of the runes slightly. But since the stone circle near Varrock is usually crowded, log on on a england server at around 10 and you get the place to yourself.

run airs on world 16 and then buy a rune pick and mine coal.

Melee does NOT need anything new, and if you are a warrior in the wildy getting owned, try black dhide and the Dragon Dagger special. Any updates to help melee kill mage faster is NOT needed. Think of the combat triangle that Jagex set in place... Melee is not even supposed to be able to beat mage.

Well, some chars are built by experienced players for the express purpose of PKing. But where is your suggestion in all of this? This sounds more like a rant...

Add me, but i think that there should be a stockpile where the food and items for the tribe are stored, and that is a way to get a high percentage. Then there should also be raids on the other team to steal resources, by using thieving? And any unit raiding can use some sort of concealment to hide from the other team and then steal and run? That would be cool. Put me on the support list. =D>

This is an article that highlines the point of all the problems. Well done. The only thing i noticed conspicously missing was the problems with bans and customer service. This being a problem, i find that this is the source of most of the problems. Either Jagex increases customer support, or we all suffer. The reason Jagex can't answer all the appeals is because of the lack of customer support personal.

Rune chain, Rune scimmy, trimmed addy plateskirt, df shield addy full helm, leather vambraces, leather boots, ammy of strength, a gold ring and a full inventory of lobs and swordies and lvl 52. Walked out of there 2min later with one dead dragon and 8 swordies missing from my inventory. (i must be getting rather full). \

Thats far off, and the ring of wealth is a 25% better drop. But, it certainly seems like those numbers when you are trying to get a dragon item.
