well I for one don't. anything that scans your computer without your knowledge or concent is unlawfull in my opinion... a better solution to auoters would be an imediat freez of assets after a p-mod reports them... same thing for anyone a p-mod reports for somthing against the rules involveing profit.

seriosly penguins right. I know a level 98 player moderator who desprately needs more f2p bank space. i would think jagex would at least value P-mods enough to give them more bank space... think about it f2p p mods help keep f2p cleen. this is very importent or else it would all go to pot and people wouldent want to pay 5$ a month due to beliveing its just as bad in members...

well seing as I am the leader of the Knights Of Honour people takeing the bank with them is not a problem... aculy the bank is doing quite well now. thanks for all your imput I belive I have now a system that will not only benefit the bank but our order as a whole as well.

no the leader should not. I try my best to set a good example to my men. the bank would be loaded with all sorts of stuff by now but due to my inability to trade with accounts I must rely opon our members to provide the nessacary material. a question though... is there any kind of a system that other clans use with there banks that they find helpfull?

this isent for the new recrutes its for the older more experionced and loyal members. also when it comes to very large sums I will not exept them as investments or donations for the very reson that I know our bank cannot possably pay them back. we got a rather nice offer from guilds today, for 70 coal they will provide us with a set of full mithrill. I have placed an order for 5 sets. now we are starting to get off topic, I opologise. any clan leaders whis to share there secrets for a successfull bank?

well i cant personaly interact with it that would be against the rules. so would drop tradeing or getting a frend to trade stuff. the idea is quite simple that some of our members who are interested would make an investment be it gold coins or items and get it back along with 10 percent interest by the end of the month. the bank would sell the exess for profit to non members and for low profit to members at a much lower price than the going rate. it would have fixed prices of what everything is worth as an investment being based on its high alching cost or somthing to that effect.

I was wondering how many clans use clan banks and how do they implement them. I was concidering makeing one for my order but still havent quite worked out how it would be of value to us. I know what your thinking I cant transfer items from my account to anouther and im not going to. I would let the other members of my order make investments into it that they would recive something like 10 percent intrest back on. so anyhow i would apreaceate those clan leaders who have clan banks to post there insights on this matter. well I think we all have this problem. I get new recrutes some times who I never heer from again. but I do get some good recrutes too. when some one is not active for a week I give them a negitive point. when they are inactive for 2 weeks, I give them a second negitive point which meens they have to pay a fine of full rune to work it off. when there inactive for 3 weeks straight I give them a disshonourble disscharge. its not too hard for people to be active and if they are not they can always tell you in advance why they wont be around and you could cut them some slack. but I regret to say there are plenty of people who join your clan just becouse they want to say there in a clan.

heers a good reson for this rule: maturity! if I told you how many people act poorly in the extreem... well I dont have to just go see for yourself. I bet you half of the bad players with no respect for anyone are under the age of 15. if you ask me the rule should be changed to at least 15 so we get more mature players and less yelling FREE STUFF PLEASE! and calling me meene or noob becouse I dont give them my armour for free. sorry if I offended anyone heer I relise that many people are respectfull and decent at any age but I feel inmaturity prevales more in the younger players than it does in us old guys.

well I still say green dragons should be made f2p. it would help crafters to gain levels faster provided they unlocked green dragon hide. it would be lots of fun for us long term free to players and dont you dare forget the f2p mods who keep the game clean and sometimes get bored and quit!, and it would yeild better drops for us there bye making us more wealthy and usefull to the member population.

or they could start out with tweeking the blue robe bottom peice which at the moment is just costume to have an attack bonus of around 3 and a defence bonus of 1. also they could change the anti dragon shield to carry no magic penalty or create a new f2p shield for high level mages with defencive atributes simmiler to steel. this would be a good start at leveling the playing field.

ftp already has an equal chance against p2p in f2p worlds. this is becouse only items that f2p can use can be used in free worlds. sure you can wear mystic or dragon armour but look at your stats and you will see its just costume in free worlds. also mages do need better armour as with protect from magic they can be defeated quite easely buy mele wariors who they are supposed to be a counter unit to. not to mention that protect from magic is level 37 and protect from mele is level 40 somthing which makes it even more in balanced. this is not about f2p not being able to stand up to p2p its about an unequial set of skills. if mele can smith armour and weapons, mages can craft runes, why shouldent rangers be able to make arrows? if there only up to addy they wont affect members in a negitive way. especaly as I have stated that f2p should not be able to make bows. leveling a skill, any skill and knowing that you are only reaching half of its potential as a ftper would in my opinion aculy entice more people to become members than not to, as they know they wont have to spend so much time leveling it up when they have so many other things to do.

okay heer it goes. change the blue wizards robe bottom peice to have a magic bonus of around 3 and a defence bonus of 1. last time I checked it has no bonuses at all, and remove the magic penalty to the anti dragon shield. this would be a simple update and not require makeing any new armour. it would do much to balance magic in f2p worlds. anouther idea is a higher level mage armour for both worlds with a minimun requirement of 40 magic and 40 defence and haveing completed dragon slayer to wear. it would give somthing like 10 defence and attack bonus for the top robe and 5 for the bottom. I would like to see both become a realaty but at least the first one wouldent be too hard to implement.

not to mention it could result in the purchesing of membership in exchange for runescape coins or items. such a thing is clearly against the rules for many ressons. if you want to pay your frends membership let him give you his addres and send him 5$. provided of course you new him that well which I advise anyone to keep there name and address a secret while online.

well I support but only for the arrows and only up to adimint. without makeing bows we wouldent have a great source of mony makeing and without the ability to make rune arrows f2p would still be well behind members in the art of fletching. so all would be balanced and we wouldent have to pay a fourtune for our arrows. therefore rangers would be made more equial to the other classes on f2p worlds.

well I agree in the intrest of balance we should at least get a level 40 mage and defence required armour for f2p mages. it would be a nice change to be able to hold my own with a full rune mele player of similer level when im useing fire bolts. think about it mage is suposed to beet mele but with protect from preyer we reely dont stand much of a chance on f2p worlds unless we use fire blasts which cost a fortune. the introduction of a good mage armour would level the playing field alot in my opionion.

I do know english quite well but I have always had problems with spelling, a few years ago you would have great difficulty understanding what I wright but I have worked at it and finaly you can understand me. I would just like to add one last reson why free to play should get more bank space- pmods. there are quite a few life long free to play player moderators out there who are very upset about the lack of bankspace. without them free to play worlds would quickly go to pot. so I strongly support the addition of more free to play bank space for many reasons. and if your going to start adding people who have posted at least 5 times on this matter I guss you will have to add me.

well I like toads so I tryed bufo. the name was taken so I tried one combonation after anouther and I finaly got bufoman. this was 2 years ago try and get a name after a frog or toad now and you will have difficultys as I have many other names that I have long since forgoten the passwords too. :( so there you have it the behind the name to Bufoman the Great, King of the Knights Of Honour.

well my most happy of randome events was when I was in the wild about to lose full rune. then evil bob came and saved my life. even though he threw me in prision I would still like to thank him.

well I for one support the introduction of a new high level beast in free to play worlds. maby the green dragons that are in the wild could pay us a visit and crafting green dragon hide made f2p as well. members are constently getting updates and it leaves life long f2p missing out. we do alot to help the runescape economy belive it or not, we form the base of the economic ladder by providing cheep resources and services to members. also there are a lot of life long f2p moderators without whome things would start to go bad reel fast detering most people from ever paying beliveing that its all gone to pot. ectra ectra ectra. so I support more f2p updates and a system of balance. but I dont think a demon is the way to go I would much rather see green dragons in that crator in the wild and the ability to craft there hides. I reely think it would do more to help people becomeing members becouse it gives them a taste for dragon slaying and the knoledge that much more chalengeing and rewarding dragons awaits them should they chose to suscribe.
