I to make my grass like that, heres a sig that I made using that method for grass:

1. I highly doubt that you've never drawn before, most little kids draw atleast something... 2. When I'm bored, I draw aswell, but I atleast put some effort into my drawing, I'll pm you some if you would like. 3. Some C/C- Work on your anatomy.

Wow, I'm pretty talented with drawing, and this concept art looks really easy compared to what I draw... If I came up with a new monster, drew it out, came up with a reasonable drop list, and sent it into Jagex, do you think they would consider actually putting it in the game if it was good?

Something unfair about Runescape? Hmmm... Jagex likes to ban people with no evidence... They permanent banned me for breaking rule 7, which I didn't btw.... But when I demand evidence, they say they have none.
