If that is the case, it means your account has no recovery questions set. Either you never had them or the hacker managed to unset them somehow.

I don't understand how are you getting denied without seeing a place to enter recovery answers. Click "I have forgotten my password", enter your login name, click "next" twice where it asks for email. It asks for recovery questions there.

I would probably stockpile 100 scrolls to my bank and then do all at once. They should add spin tickets to rewards, anything up to 75 spin tickets from elites :thumbup:

Who doesn't have 70 ranged at the point they complete elite tasks? Elite legs have +14 range bonus.

The concept is kinda cool. Everyone has a chance to get the items and it's equal and fair for all paying members. It's a total opposite of the retarded 'vanity' items which only favour players who live in certain areas in the world. When you live in a wrong place you simply can't get them.
