i dont belive you should be saying that about the reverants since im an rcer (110 p2p combat 103 f2p) and i get hit hard by some revs often geting hit to about 20 hp in the space of a few squares otherwise good advice (in one lvl no need for wind strikes :>)

Cause in pvp people whack on boosting prayers, item protect and sometimes even protection prayers (even if some then yell prayer nub at them) so they need to restore prayer points. Plus I expect alot of pkers are edging their bets that using summoning protect prayer is gonna be alsmot vital when to survive new pking, since we have yet to get any armour with a significant summoning defence bonus im dubious how many people will use summoning in pking since it gives a combat boost and the pures wont like that :ugeek: not only pures pk! :ugeek: ^^^ I find that having defence helps with PKing tbh lol. ofc but i was merrly saying pures wont now what will be intresting is how much of an edge that will give pures (i mean if its based on f2p combat the pure will actualy be higher) so we will see how that goes [/hide] I think you forget that some summons, are worth the extra combat levels ;) thats a valid point but what if you dont in fact take a familar in (this does make the issue a difrent one) your out gunned imo how ever i see your point because in a long fight unicorn would be stupidly good

he might be training str and trying to get drops tbh i used to get told i shouldnt be training at hellhounds when i was lvl 60 even after i said "im after clues as well as exp"

Yes it is, seriously, look it up, try it yourself. The scimitar is the same speed as the whip, which is the same speed as the dagger which is even the same speed as the short sword. Tis True! d scimmi is much better than d long btw stab/controlled is pointless... who trains with controlled, seriously? and stabbing is less accurate than slashing either way. Useing an accurate attack style gives a hidden +3 to your attack level, controlled is only +1 to all, which isnt a big difference compared to +3. i actualy know quite a few people who train with controled (means they get more than one lvl at a time even if it takes longer)

i use a dragon scimy for str training but if im honest i preffer the longsword (first d weapon ) its more powerful and saves and invitory space (no need for dds if you have long sword imo)

Say that to a J-mod and I guarantee you'll be banned/muted. There is little doubt to be what words are behind those stars, and I found it very offensive. Don't you think its odd that the player was unafraid of using offensive language because of this rule? They might as not even have rule 1 anymore if they're just going to turn around and say "but its OK to use swear words because they'll be starred out". to be honest ive always found rule one a bit stupid can we just have it optional (sure youll get noobs running around shouting profanitys but id rather that than the current system)

what exactly is wrong with deathmetal may i ask i dont like rave but i wouldnt just go around dissing it without any reason. ot: while i understand what you are saying i have to agree with ginger_warrior on this one you need money to host parties 24 hours in a day lets sat hes full time thats around 34-39 hour weeks eitehr way at least 6 hours every week day and trust me after work you need to sleep so i dout he plays rs for 8+ hours every day

i have imo a great social life but i dont life weights or have a girl freind (though im working on the second) i go to work 3-5 days a week go see freinds at LEAST twice a week if i have money ill often go out EVERY day of the week but once im out of money i play rs lots since i cant realy do much is that a crime?

it realy depends on your idea of no lifeing for insance i spent 8+hours playing rs on monday AFTER being at work 8am -5pm then did the same the next day and then about 15 on wed (was off work) i also went out on thur and still got 5 hours in rs yesterday i got about 6 today so far 2 (im off to work now but when i get back ill probably do another 5-6 hours) in this case am i real no lifeing as far as i can tell im not => im fine with it

while i know why they are are droping i have to say its diapointing not because im losing money (bought at 8.1mil) but because it devaules the hard work i had to go through to make that much money (when i bought guthans i had never had more than 2.5mil in cash). also while i agree bunyip etc are usefull in some cases for slayer but im not happy with a max of 4 hp every 30 seconds at dags where i can be hit up to 15+ every 30 seconds so even when i heal on a 20 using guthans at dags id feel saferbut if im honest im probably not gonna use a bunyip when i get 68 summoning

yea that is if you have crappy internet explorer, but it doesnt work with ff3/safari >.< so the fact that "crappy internet explorer" can do something useful and fast you dont even mention it (btw macs + safari are inferior to computers with ie) id put it in since alot of people actualy use ie more so id say than safari (ff3 as well i think) but nice tip all the same oh also opera ftw

um due to the untradable REQUIRED items hich can only be obtained from monsters which drop max ive herd 4 at a time and that was kbd and also its more expnsive than construction as you need shards its 110m to get 99 on shards alone not to mention the other items you need for making the actualy summons most popl recon that boosts it to 250m (id say 200m but hey)

*cough * wolf whistle quest *cough* your theory on using teh whistle to summon animals to your side is a very intresting one i think its almost 99% what it will be bt you never know my guess is that their will be no quest or skill req for wolf whistle quest as im guessing its the same as th quest for herblore in theory
