I saw him at Old Trafford when I volunteered at the Olympics. My god... have you ever seen a whole stand roll their eyes at once? Every time he got touched, threw himself to the floor. It was just embarrassing when you considered he's playing in the same Olympic Games as Bolt... Phelps... Hoy... Rudisha... I could go on. Might be biased because I'm a United fan, but I lost all sense of professionalism and visibly facepalmed in front of the whole public.

How would they be overkill? It's a simple risk-reward calculation. I risk having lower defence+LP and suffering an increased chance of death for it; the risk is therefore higher, so I deserve higher rewards. The only meaningful way you can counter that argument is to state that void armour is free (money-wise) and therefore the consequences of failure aren't increased as a result.

If that guy with the stupid [bleep]ing beard tells me one more time that NFL GamePass lets me watch every game on my laptop, tablet or smartphone everytime I open the highlights on a live game, I will fly to America, visit his house, and ram one of the aforementioned devices where the sun don't shine.

Scare mongering implies he has some ulterior motive for spreading panic, which knowing MPM from when I worked on the Crew, would be very out of character to say the least and there appears to be no evidence on it here. You might think it's 'over-cautious' perhaps, but 'scare mongering' is a really unfair accusation.

What possible relevance would it have had even if you'd bothered to check if the year was correct?

Usually focus on two at a time; one title that requires loads of concentration and is challenging and one that's much slower-paced and more recreational. That's been Halo 4 as of November and Minecraft X:360 as of May 2012 respectively. Completionism isn't that big of a deal to me; games are things to be played and are therefore about the emotional experience you gain from them. I play some arcade titles on the side, pinball, The Impossible Game, FIFA. I play as a right-back in real life so I only really know how to defend on FIFA, useless attacking, so I don't take it that seriously. It's a great game to play when you're pre-drinking for a night out though, FIFA drinking games are fantastic. :P I tend to do RuneScape in spurts of very rapid training, until I burn out and need a break, a situation not often helped by my work/uni schedule. I often feel too tired to put myself to task on RuneScape.

I've never really needed to, but if I did depend on someone that much for transport, the least I would do is offer half the petrol costs, or the full price if the driver's only going there for me. That's common courtesy; I'm not sure why anyone would think otherwise, unless they were planning on returning the favour otherwise. Anatomy and physiology exam tomorrow. Very relaxed about it. Two and a half weeks until our first placements. Not so relaxed about that, first time I've ever worked properly in a hospital or done a long shift, so it'll be challenging at first. Get my uniform Monday... I have ginger hair and it's a male's white tunic. Lovely. :?

The TV ads are actually getting quite frequent. There were some on ITV over Christmas, too. Only occasionally, but I remember them being there.

The ease with which people DG these days would render any open market from its rewards worthless. There are many people with tens of millions of tokens collectively banked, having earned them on the way to Completionist Cape/200M DG xp, and you can earn tens of thousands more per hour. The upgrades would be junk the moment you released them. There simply isn't a market for some items, especially when they're effectively gained for free like in DG.

So many names, so much nostalgia. :)
