you'd need to play 2 to know more about raiden, sunny's mom, vamp, and a few other stuff i think people liked him better in 4 than in 2 because he isn't the lead. everyone wanted snake in mgs2 though the game would have been better if you could play as him when it was his turn to fight instead of being all cutscene

they somewhat explain the events and characters in mgs4 but playing 1-3 first would be best if you want to fully understand what is going on. They mention alot of characters from the previous that you'd have to play to know. Well even then a few items are still confusing if you don't want to play through them then you should still pick up mgs4 btw mgs4, 1.4M sales in first 3 days :o top selling game in all major regions. first time in a while

luluu can you show us where you got those numbers? i'm seeing way different numbers than that, the gap between the wii and 360 is alot bigger and gap between the ps3 and 360 is alot smaller. the ps3 can catch up to the 360 because it has outsold the 360 every single week this year. why? i don't know because supposedly the 360 has better games but is still selling less than the ps3 i won't argue that the wii is going to sell the most consoles even though i believe it has the least amount of great games. as it is now, all 3 consoles have their fair share of good exclusives from smash brothers, to mass effect to mgs4 but the wii is missing out on alot of games that the ps3 and 360 share like orange box, gta4, cod, resident evil 5, devil may cry, assassin's creed, add bioshock to that list etc i use my ps3 more than my 360 due to the blu ray factor, but in terms of a gaming system they are pretty equal. the ps3 has alot more raw power and capabilities but there is almost no difference between the 360 versions and ps3 versions of games because the developers create them pretty equally so saying the ps3 is more powerful means so little. power isnt' really the main argument, the main argument is the games on the systems. but now i can't really say that the ps3 still doesn't have enough good games because it has plenty. wii games are also the cheapest and fastest to make so most of the companies trying to jump on the wii's massive install base fail. most wii's successes come from nintendo itself so it really isn't the console of the future because all it can handle are zelda, mario, and smash brothers games and a few exercise games like wii play/sports/fit

I just beat it too, 20 hrs lol got eagle at the end for all my head shots :lol: epilogue was like an hour long most cut scenes were really long but you can't really complain because it told the story pretty well every secret revealed in this game i'm very bad at cqc, i opt for gun battles so i died like 10 times in that cqc fight :x game was awesome shame it was snakes last

i bought it earlier and gotten somewhat far, 3rd act the game is top notch what more can you want in a game? by far the best visuals i've seen in a video game one of the most compelling and deepest storylines in gaming history takes stealth to a whole new level with the octocamo gun battles good as ever only done one boss fight so far, and if you've played mgs 1-3, you'll know it's epic metal gear online only thing people might not like are the long cut scenes, it's like a movie .i'd think it'd be mostly those people who didn't play through metal gear and mgs 1-3 that don't fully understand the storyline that wouldn't like to listen to every single bit of it. if you own a ps3, there is no reason why you shouldn't pick up this masterpiece. people who don't own a ps3, you're missing out big time :o

lol you ppl getting upset because you want him to leak the spot against no monster will you throw knives faster or get more than 4 exp per damage, i can think of a handful of monsters that have low defense and require little attention/food which would equal near max amount of experience possible with knives just think about it :lol: on topic, 8/10. it's a helpful stat to have though i took the easy way and did it with chinchompas 8-)

Metal gear solid 2. Never had a storyline that made me crave for more. Final Fantasy 9, a game that wasn't nearly as good as it's brethren but i love happy endings :XD:

i love this skill no more power training you have to fight for charms instead of buying it outright, sucks for all those 20+ maxed out ppl but yea the game needed a skill like this. something they couldn't finish off in a month or two though i don't like the shards deal though
