Yes, defenders are definitely worth it. The attack bonuses it gives are extraordinary, even if the str bonus is kinda minimal.

For example, I went to a store to buy a card game (I don't remember what it was), and I got a headache. I played it with my brother while I had a bad headache, and when I tried to play it again the following day, I got a headache. That's why I can't eat ramen noodles anymore too, pretty much the same thing happened, except I threw them up... now they sicken me.

Exactly. I think this prayer turns the tables on pures just a bit... We have a good prayer, that takes less pray points than using ultimate strength and incredible reflexes, and also gives def. New max hits, and less them hitting you. and pures won't be able to use it, as just doing the quest requires 65 def. I think this was a good update, but that's just a meleers opinion.

Well... The first and best friend I had was probably Dorky106. I met him while trying to get 60 mage (F2P) by maging the caged lesser demon in the wizards tower. Since then, we've had alot of good times together (Questing together, playing a bunch of castlewars, etc.) A few of the other best friends I have... -Blink182f55. He ar a nub. -Saruman44. <3 Barrow with him alot. Hyt Bbq. He taught me how to barrow when I was level 106 and he was level 72-ish. Since then I've made over 15-20M barrowing. Lurve! Attackyomom. Possibly one of the funniest guys you will ever meet. Azurechaos: A firemaking nubnub (Burning one extra log and accidentally getting 99? Nubnub.) Dougie105. Constantly trying to surpass me in combat levels, even though he already has :o Range Army99. Probably one of the first best friends I had ever had: I met him while trying to get a basilisk head to mount on my house. I added him, and we'd been best friends ever since, even though he quit that account and started a pure :( thats all that came to my mind, if you're on my friendslist and not on here, don't be insulted, I probably just forgot >_< it's early in the morning for me to get up on a saturday (10:00) :o

I'm a mix of the two. I wear my green mask alot, meaning I have alot of a chance to lose it because of a random, etc. However, I won't wear it when I know I'm doing something inherently dangerous, or during a time that I am lagging, etc. I try to enjoy my rare as much as possible, but at the same time I'm very afraid of losing it. And that's why I don't alch while wearing a rare. >_>

If you are done the "In Aid of the Myrerque" quest, you can go down from barrows and there is a town called "Burgh De Rott" which has a bank in it. I still recommend getting 50 construction and making a kharyll portal, and an altar right by it so you can charge prayer, tele to canifis, bank, then go for another run.

I think it will be worth it. Box imps are pretty useful, and the time spent catching them isn't much (Tip: Karamja volcano, near the entrance to the dungeon, has got about three imp spawns there.)
