The question is, how LONG does it take you? With keyboard shortcuts and a mouse, you can do things very, very fast in windows. Now that I've got a SSD, the computer really doesn't get in my way; firefox\office load in a small fraction of a second, I can change any setting easily and quickly, and if there's something I can't do, there's a few hundred thousand programs that will do it for free on the internet. I don't really think about an OS any more, I have the classic theme and all I use is the start menu search.

Mage in 20+ wildy owns, so long as you stay out of multi (where you get piled by a team of magers). It's just so darn powerful, a meleer doesn't stand a chance in a 1 v 1 fight and a ranger can easily be farcasted.

Get an adamant chainbody. It's proven to be better then a fighter torso, and millions cheaper.

Fraps is one of the few ones that can take screenshots of the RS window when in HD on Vista. Because of the way the Java applet is rendered, it turns out a big black box to any program not designed to take screenshots of stuff like that. You might end up getting 2 programs, 1 for Runescae (fraps) and one for everything else.

What are you talking about? Whip is STILL the best weapon, and before that it was the d scimmy. Melee has had a grand total of 2 updates since the beginning of RS2.

Ancients cost a lot because they are powerful. I can easily slaughter a meleer and defeat a ranger with ancients. Learn to use it before you bash it. Melee hasn't got a non specing weapon since abyssal whips; they are STILL on top.

I'm saying that if TET members\mods have signatures as larger or larger then mine it's obvious there is something wrong - either you aren't communicating the 4 text line limit effectively enough, or it is not being enforced. I have no problem removing mine, but this could be handled better.

It DOES affect us; the more money Jagex makes, the better for us. Then at this moment, all 'Jagex only wants money' rants are void \ . Think about the charts you posted though. Most of their money comes from subscriptions. They remove some ads, it doesn't affect the amount that comes from memberships, or the ads that are still there. F2P still has ads, all they removed were the ones that you had to watch because you could only play the game if you did. The thing is, the new ads WERE working - not only were they generating significant revenue, they were probably causing people to buy members. Think about it from a business perspective - why should Jagex give up profit and updates to make a bunch of freeloaders happy? The only reason it could be is hopes of good publicity, they aren't in this for the feel good factor.

That would be me. I can train a few hours in a PVP world, then go redeem my drop potential for a few mill in drops in under 20 minutes. It's fast and profitable, see my thread on it. D claws need a nerf.

With melee if you engage in combat with them and they run you will still be attacking them although melee has heavier armour so they will run out of energy faster. Dodge once behind any obstacle and the meleer will never be able to touch you again, letting you simply run away or log out.
