rune hq? :ohnoes: Yeah, RuneHQ has a rather good Item Database as well, if not better. Their site lags a bit though. Oh yeah, I forgot Zybez too, you can search their Item Database for exact item names. It's probably one of the best item search engines because it allows you to enter in Runescape slang, like zammy, or lobbies.

If you have some friends or a good team that can complete it fast, go for it. It's a great plate to have for training.

You could also use the Item Database on here or RuneHQ, and search those for the item's exact name if it doesn't show up in the GE. Our search engines are a bit more user friendly (I think at least) :XD: .

@ Paw_Claw First off, I haven't seen anyone try to belittle you or anything. I personally was just presenting a generally accepted definition of what a crash was. If you believe otherwise, that's fine. I know you never directly said that failure and crashes go hand in hand, but I think that's what I interpreted when you said a "crash means the economy is no longer working", wouldn't that imply a market failure? The problem with your analogy to half price in shops in the world, is that shops do that on purpose (advertising, holidays, etc.) but most people in RS didn't want to sell their items for half price, but were more forced to as more items became visible in our market. It is a update related, and you can define it as a fluctuation but this fluctuation seems to be severe enough to be called a crash.

I too haven't really ever called a RWT trader, but of course I have been called other things. Noob seems to be the most common insult people have, not really sure why. They should at least be more creative. I don't think that many people here hate stakers.

I heard around 60M (spent) from 81 -Sara Brews from a friend getting 99 Herblore (he has 92+). Possibly more to get to that level. And profitable? It's really quite hard to make a profit now unless you get your own herbs (from monsters, slayer, farming, MTK). It'll take you a lot longer as well. Most pots have drastically dropped in price due to the flooded market.

@Paw_Claw Economic failure doesn't always follow a Market Crash. If you look at the definition of a stock market crash you'll see that: Though there are numerous differences between our economy and real-life, the concept is still the same. Prices dropped significantly when GE came out for many items. Even though our economy is fine (a bit flooded with items), the phenomena still can be called a crash. Also if you look at the Black Friday (stock crash in 1980's), there was no economic failure afterwards, no second Great Depression. I think the association of market crashes with the Great Depression gives many people the wrong idea of what it really is.

Use the Edgeville one if you have Varrock Armor, or use the Port Phasmatys one if you don't.

I wouldn't suggest doing TT for all your pages. Though I guess it's common, there are so many rewards that it'll take you a while to get the right pages, especially if you end up with multiples of another. Now you could always do TT and sell other rewards for profit, which then you could use to buy some pages.

"Middle-men" still do exist of course, many trades still take place outside of the GE, for more expensive items usually. But yeah, the GE did help deflation but mainly because of all the supply goods that became instantly visible and easily obtainable. Competition becomes more fierce through the GE.

I don't really think deflation can be applied to our entire economy. It's mainly the supply goods (ores, wood, herbs, etc) that were affected because of the surplus of these items that became visible when the GE was introduced. Other items were affected much differently. For example many barrows went up in price due to demand for whatever reason (Duel Tournaments helped). Other items went back up in price as well, like Dragon Chains and Bandos/Amardyl.

Always good to do that, I do the same. Of course, if they do something incredibly stupid or abuse their powers or break the rules, I treat them with even less respect than I would a normal player who had done the same. I do believe that P Mods should be role models, though not in their job description, it's something that comes with having power. You honestly believe that? If you can name a player mod who is low lvled I will go kill myself. And don't say there aren't low lvled dedicated players. I've seen a level 11 but he was a skiller, other than that I know a mod who was level 57 the first time I saw him with his crown, and I saw like a level I want to say 54 mod one time in Lumbridge. I've seen a lot of low level mods, and a lot who know less about the game than an average Tip.It player (since we're supposedly a bit more knowledgeable than an average player). It's definitely not only based on your attitude and personality but your number of abuse reports filed. I've seen a lot of mods that say they just reported a lot of people, and got modded later. How else does JaGEx spot you out of thousands of other players?

He said untrimmed or trimmed. I guess yours would be untrimmed, but you can be much lower with trimmed.

My GP, I don't think there has ever been a time I've been completely broke in Runescape.
