He means the using illegal World Switchers as Geordiequeen explained. You don't need to worry about it as long as you use the official client and stay away from bookmarking and clicking links to access worlds. And if you do use Swiftswitch, keep it updated.

As an amulet it's not very good. There are much better ones like Glory and Fury.

Only problem with that suggestion would be people posting fake images. It's very easy to make fake images now especially with Photoshop and the actually RS font handy. Yes you will get logs at a faster rate as your woodcutting level goes up. Your axe also affects this.

I would suggest getting around 2k tokens to start off. It's completely random for everything, some people taking 5k tokens and others 1k. I personally think the average is around 1.5k tokens though.

If you choose High Alching, you HAVE provide one of the materials yourself. Whether it's RCing the natures, woodcutting the logs, fletching the bows or spinning the flax, you have to get one of the materials to make a profit or break even.

The cooking range only helps with lower level fish though, so it doesn't always help. I'd say the only item that really helps is Cooking Guantlets, and your cooking level.
