XBOX is in the news again..
Wow, you can sue for that? That's amazing, because I scratched 3 discs doing that exact thing. Well, not me personally, let's just say Xbox running a game while in vertical position + little children throwing an exercise ball= bad.

School and Dodgeball
[hide=] Wasn't the possibility of a lawsuit the reason this happened in the first place? Dodge ball is fun, but that is just mean. You make it sound like a volleyball in the head hurts for more than 3 seconds. That isn't the point. How mean something is isn't measured in how much it physically hurts. Honestly this kid is a [bleep] anyways. He's one of those people who everyone hates but thinks they're cool anyway. Best person to compare him to would be, I dunno, Cartman I guess. But yes, hitting someone with a ball in a game where you're supposed to hit people with balls is definitely mean (honestly it was just a joke to begin with, I don't know why you reacted like this...) No, what's mean is how you say "pelt the fat kid." That is mean. Though if he is a douche, being fat doesn't enter into it, pelt him to death anyways  [/hide] Well, technically I said peg the chubby kid. Bleh, honestly he's not that fat, just..ummm... chubby... and he eats a lot of really bad foods (last year he drank too many Jolt energy shots and had to hospitalized. And to anyone wondering, no I didn't mean that I specifically aim for this kid just because he's a little chubby.

School and Dodgeball
Haha, at my school (High School for the record) we play dodgeball once very 2 weeks or so. My gym teachers are pretty old-fashioned, they would never ban dodgeball. NOTHING will ever be as satisfying as pegging the short, chubby kid in me PE class in the face with a volleyball XD

VGA 2008 + EDGE Awards
Agreed. Anyone who calls Halo innovative deserves a punch in the fave and a -rep. ;) I third that. A sequel that barely improves anything isn't innovative. I think EDGE (who I honestly never heard of before this) is trying to run off the LBP hype.. Like that of Halo last year. Eh, Halo 3 had a few innovations like theater and forge (well, they were innovative for console games, anyway). But yeah, mostly Bungie created a watered-down Halo 2 with new guns.

VGA 2008 + EDGE Awards
I hope they weren't seriously considering that Wii Music would win. Best Music Game SingStar, Wii music, Guitar Hero World Tour, Rock Band 2 Read: Guitar Hero World Tour vs. Rock Band 2 Nobody in their right mind would pick Wii Music of SingStar

Grades, GPA's; How do you do in School?
You failed a biology final exam and still got 102% in that class? Where I go if you fail the final exam you basically lose 30% of your final grade. So the max you could get for the term would be 70-75. I wish my school was more lenient about some stuff. If I mostly just slept in PE I'd have an automatic 65. Along with that at my school you can retake tests, but the highest percentage you can get on that re-take is the lowest passing grade the class had (honestly my school is either really tough or everyone who goes there is just really stupid. The highest freshman average is 94%, and the kid who has that is an insanely smart Chinese kid who spends all his free time doing schoolwork) Meh, our teacher gave us a big extra credit project. So i didn't study for the final, because I knew I would be fine. I wish I could get a massive extra credit project, I really want to get my grades up.

[TF2] It's MANN Vs. Machine!
Learn to play the bloody class. And the trouble with pyros is everyone whining about how that they are so OP when just look how weak they are in close quaters combat against a descent team. What I meant is that disguises are pretty much useless (except as a sentry shield). Nobody is fooled by them anymore... this update allow spies to at least get into a decent position behind enemy lines for a decent height-advantage stab. Although from what Echo posted it sounds a little overpowered.

Finally a spy update. Seriously, spies are so underpowered against good players right now it's not even funny.

Homework, a Help or Hindrance?
Homework definitely helps me. Granted, I don't get [cabbage] tons like some of you do (roughly 15-20 minutes per class at most). But overall, it really has helped me in subjects like Math, Science, and French. It makes a lot of things click for me, and helps me remember massive piles of data that some teachers give out. Math especially is something I always do my homework in. 20-30 minutes a night reviewing what I did during the day helps me to understand it better, helps me to correct mistakes and cement correct formulas/applications to solving different problems, etc.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Anyone who dies from it is an idiot, it should be instinctive - shoot them until your points flash up the screen to avoid last stand & get out of the way to avoid martyrdom. Unless you turn the corner and walk into it right as it explodes, or your teammate blocks the doorway. It's a stupid perk, it's designed so people who die a lot can get easy kills now and then.

I cant find any good MMOFPS
Have they updated Combat Arms? When I played it had some nasty lag issues along with no ping-bars while browsing the servers.

Warsow and Combat arms are good if you want a free FPS dueler or tactical shooter, respectively.

Your opinion on violence and killing in video games?
I love the blood and gore in games. Before you ask, no I'm not a sadistic little boy who shoots small animals for fun. It just makes things feel more satisfying for some reason... like if I killed someone in Fallout 3 or TF2 and they didn't explode into a hundred pieces the games wouldn't be as exciting. Same thing with L4D or Gears 2.

Grades, GPA's; How do you do in School?
Well, by Canadian standards I have a 4.0 :D But by American standards I have a 3.4 or so. I could probably pull off a 90 if I applied myself, but this year I swear the school was trying to screw me over. Almost every time I have a test or two, the night before I have a football practice and a hockey game. And do private schools give harder tests/courses compared to public schools?

Grades, GPA's; How do you do in School?
My average is 85%, which is fairly good at my school (the teachers are notoriously tough). %/GPA is a load of crap though, because I know a lot of people who go to an insanely easy school and get 85+ in almost any subject (they have no penalty for late assignments, they get zero homework, courses are easy, teachers are very lax, and if they're unhappy with a test, they can re-write with no penalty).
