I just realized that the game is on wii. So I'm getting it tommorow. Yay me! :P

I have 2 funny ones from BF2142: 1) I was sniping, when a UAV activates. A guy appears on the mini map right beside me :shock: I turn and he's running at me with a knife (if you get knifed they get your dog tags. #1 rule: protect your dog tags). So I fire my rifle reflexively, and headshot him out the air while he's diving at me, which was fun because the rifles have no target reticle. 2) I was going for a knife badge, and I snuck up behind a squad, and managed to take out 5 of the 6. Afterwards, I ran over to revive a guy on my side, and the 6th guy runs at me with a knife, he misses and I killed him with my defibrilator :D Best funny moment ever though: There was another one where a guy sniped a guy through another guy's legs in halo 3.

On the BF2142 forums, some guy was talking about a sniper rifle that could fire through a cinderblock wall, losing only very minimal speed. The bullet was 1 inch ( :shock: ) and the gun itself could kill or injure if fired from anything except a prone and supported position. I'm not entirely sure what the effects of getting shot with that would be, but if it hits your head, you ain't getting back up :P Come to think of it, your head would probably end up a few meters away.

Well, a friend came over, we played F.E.A.R., Red Steel, and Splinter cell. Then we grabbed some food and watched The Shining. Afterwards, we went out and trick or treated without costumes (we're way to old to trick or treat, but we were bored :lol: ) for 1/2 an hour, and managed to fill up an entire grocery bag with candy :shock:

Either an M-24 sniper rifle, or a Voss L-AR...err, I mean an M16 with an ACOG 4x scope and M203 Grenade Launcher. Oh, that and an .82 Berreta, simply because Bob Lee Swagger manages to shoot down a helicopter with one...I think. :lol:

Dang, if only dusty moved through farming this fast :P

F-16 pilot or a surgeon. I've been hooked on flying jets since I bought my $300 joystick set along with BF2 and BF2142.

Game just [bleep]-slapped my computer. Was running it on mediums with texture on high (1680x1050) and was getting lag. Friends machine (8800GTX, ect.) ran it on all very high though 4x (or even 8x AA) just fine. At least you have a computer that can run it at all. My laptop is an old Dell Inspiron ( 3 years) so it can barely run any games with graphics on low. And it sounds like your friend has a nice computer :o :P

Can't wait :D I'm getting it as a present for Christmas.

The Wii is a much better system for this type of game. I don't see why they wouldn't release it, they'd make a fortune.

I'm dressing up like a gangster from Saint's Row, buying a cap gun along with 30-40 packs of caps. Then I'm gonna hide in the brush outside my house and run 'n gun towards anyone over 11. I'm either doing that or throwing spark bombs at their feet.

I just spent the last 2 years trying to convince myself that zombies didn't exist after seeing Land of the Dead. Now those fears are back :wall:

I've played the 3rd one, but the only one I own was the first one. I'm not a fan of the lock-on rockets, they make vehicle kills easier than they should. I do agree though, Banshees are way to overpowered. When I play Halo 1 on Blood Gulch, a good Banshee pilot makes everyone's life hell. It takes either a skilled plasma grenadier, or everyone shooting it at once to take down, or even a tank at some points. Warthogs are good against Banshees...if they aren't facing you. The Banshee just nukes you with a green plasma bomb, then cleans the rest up with its main weapon.

I hate wearing a tie, but I have to for school. At least it's a decent looking tie; plain black, with a few blue stripes and my school logo on it.
