if your going to add in attack pots i'd have to put my .02 cents in and say give them a weak range and a mage potion.

Although i haven't done the quest yet, i have to agree with you on the combat levels... i mean, the normal vyrewatch npc's are level 189 or whatever, so im not seeing 250 as a significant level increase for these "boss" guys.

...have you bothered to read any post but the last one? we're talkign about the trollheim patch. I've gotten 3/4 herbs from it before which shouldnt be possible with super compost. i'm sorry but you are flat out wrong. you cannot get less than 5 from a super composted (including the lunar spell fertile soil) from any patch, INCLUDING troll. i will argue this point til i die. maybe as it has been suggested: that you forgot to use fertile soil / super compost, i know i've done that with a few patches as you get a confirmation when you use the super compost but no confirmation what-so-ever when you cast fertile soil. (also i've done only herbs (exception being bonus xp weekends) from 75 farming til 94.)

As i have mainly done herbs for my farming levels (trees on bxpw only) I can only answer herby questions. herbs take 75 mins to grow with 15 minute ticks. When they get diseased they do not grow for that stage (fairly certain?). I've been meaning to check about global ticks / player ticks but never got around to it. As far as i know, ticks are Global ( i mean disregarding when you plant the herb) But i could be wrong, but I've been sitting at troll patch far to many times with several people and all of ours are done at the same time. (again, idk if this is a specific time or based on server resets and such) ticks are independent of the player being logged in/out. Example: I plant the herb, and say the game ticks 5 minutes later, it would have ticked and will tick again 15 minutes later regardless of the player being logged in watching said herb or off playing ps3. that being said, i check my herbs every 90 minutes or every 2 episodes of whatever i happen to be watching :P

get trollhiem + remote farming to make sure they don't die. then it's worth it

well tbh if you cared about money whatever you were going to do probably should have been done on the bonus xp ::end troll:: I would also warn you on doing a "cheap" method that leaves you without overloads / extreme pots / spec restores / super prayer potions. *in* the end do you really want to be 99 herblore then when you need them spend more money to get pots you could have made to get the 99 to begin with

maul is prolly best as stated, but i had fairly good luck with handcannon (+ rune crossbow and broads cause hc can break) and veng, and yes remember pies or somekinda food you can eat and keep inventory full

the only way i can see this could happen is if you have been to an infected site (bot site or free money site for example) normally this wouldn't be a problem, but without some kind of anti- malware / virus it would be susceptible or if someone downloaded something such as that .rar file.....

the only stat i see as a problem is summoning, the other skills are buy-able.... and like ^ said, kill bork + do a few slayer tasks and u have ur summoning, dont see it being that hard?
