  1. I would buy Intel if I had the money too. And yes, this is very impressive. I use an AMD chip right now simply because I can't afford Intel though. :|
  2. I don't trust wireless mice. When I click, I want it to click. When I press a key on my keyboard, I want a character to appear. It hasn't been so with me and wireless keyboards so far. Call me behind the times, but I'd even rather have ps/2 than USB.
  3. Doesn't matter, we do it for you. Making it white makes transparency a few clicks away in Photoshop or GIMP.

No, it isn't. Which isn't to say that I haven't done it myself, of course.
  5. I just got this image of this little boy lisping.
  6. Removing the background is easy, white does the trick. :)
  7. I've heard endless horror stories about Alienwares overheating dangerously, don't know if they're true but it certainly puts me off. Along with the price.
  8. 14, black text does not work on dark styles.
  9. I don't see why this thread is any different from any advertising thread, there's a sticky for just these kind of things in OT.
  10. I think that Jagex is hoping that enough to go around. It makes me wonder, I mean, sms support in Finland only now? They should have done it years ago, everyone has a cellphone here.
  11. I'm considering that Jagex has faith that people have a life, and won't get enough xp to break it. I mean, the highest I could find in the highscores was just over halfway there.
  12. Hmm, 20 pages. Posting to say that due to a project I've taken over for Tip.it, I'll have very little time for the shop until a bit after the start of '09.
  13. It's kind of complicated, the way that he was made to führer. The Nazis had gained power in the German parliament because at the time, they did a lot of relative good to the German economy, and because people are easy to manipulate. A lot of jobs were created by the German army, for example. They had been gaining votes in the German parliament over the course of a few years, and the election before Hitler was looking better than ever before, but not good enough that the Nazis would get a majority. So the night before the election, Nazis set fire to the German parliament building and they sent messages to all the major German newspapers saying that the most competitive party, the communists, were to blame. The next day they got 44% of the votes, not enough for a majority but still a huge amount of influence. Then there's some stuff I can't remember about him becoming reichskanzler and later führer, but I do remember that it wasn't too democratic.
  14. 1. The omgnerd that spends 25 1/2 hours on the computer every day. 2. The ******** Yankee. 3. The guy who has a huge camera and goes taking pictures in random places.
  15. Let's see. Actually, it has everything to do with the Java 32-bit limitation, specifically with total XP. 200,000,000 XP x 21 skills = 4,200,000,000 total XP, just about twice the 32 bit limit. When Jagex switches to all 64-bit servers, (If they haven't already) and compiles RS in 64 bit, it could well be that they take the limit off.
  16. My dad used to play, he was a skiller and nearly beat me in total level. :ohnoes: 'Twas a long time ago, nearly forgot about it.
  17. I think it looks ok, but what about the graphics card?
  18. I love the physics! The video is cool. One thing though, can you change the shading on the coins based on their rotation? It looks kind of weird with coins with shading towards the light source.
  19. I certainly agree that there isn't any harm in doing it, some people could have a lot of use for it.
