In that case I would recommend using a combination of regular mith bolts and emerald enchanted bolts. Start off by poisoning the dragon and then switch to the regular mith bolts. You could use other types of bolts, but those seem to work best for me. Don't bother with knives, arrows, etc since they are very inaccurate and you will be wasting your time.

I'd recommend d legs, whip, defender, torso, etc. It will set you back about 4M, but I think it's worth it. Don't bother with barrows since the repairs are really annoying and you don't even need that much defence. Stop spamming that and actually answer his question.

Go for iron or maybe steel drags, but don't expect to make your money back from drops unless you get lucky. Don't waste time on bronze drags since their drop rates are pretty bad. The most cost-efficient way of killing them would be with mith bolts or higher, but I assume your range is below 70, so stick to maging. Your melee stats are too low, so you'd just be wasting lots of p pots.

Has the respawn time of nature implings been changed? I remember standing at a respawn and as soon as I caught one, another one would pop up. Now when I stand at a respawn and catch one, another nature impling doesn't appear for a few minutes. Also, each impling jar you generate takes 3 charges. Has this also been changed or am I not remembering things correctly?
